A/N: More Allexis/Draal content because 1) why the hell not, 2) I was recently working on something Trollhunter related and missed writing about this blue boy so here we are, and 3) someone on AO3 gave me an idea to keep this au from exactly following canon on certain aspects

"You are an idiot! You don't even know how tempted I am to slap you!" Allexis hisses as she gave her brother's ear a good yank. "You are lucky I had to work earlier today and couldn't even join the rescue!"

"Oww good to see you too sis!" Jim groans when she releases his ear. "Mom wasn't too suspicious was she?"

"Having Toby pretending to be you was no fun and you don't know how many times his cover nearly got blown when he almost burned down the kitchen trying to make breakfast!"

"Ooh, that bad?"

"Yeah, I had to buy a fire extinguisher and keep it under the sink just in case things went south. Draal tried eating the foam at some point but I trashed it before he could, the idiot."

"So...how have things gone between you and our big blue guardian?" Jim asks, hoping to change the subject. "Any fun movie nights involving that new fantasy series you were hyped about?"

"First off, don't change the subject. And second, no we haven't had the chance because Draal was busy trying to keep that Krubera queen from sending guards to check our house for some reason." Allexis huffs. "Had to beat them off with a broom and some small firecrackers, before our bodyguard chased them off to fight away from the house. Plus I had to keep mom from thinking some stuff was off with Toby."

"Oh, well at least I'm back and stuff can go back to normal." Jim says with a shrug. "Oh! How about we head back to Trollmarket tomorrow, have a little sparring match and pick out a cool magical weapon like Toby's warhammer?"

"Pass, I've got work tomorrow and I have to make sure those kids from the rival school don't come by and trash the shelves again. And we have a card game tournament happening soon so I'm trying to set everything up while Denis is trying to gather as many people as possible to attend since we have folks from another town or two coming over."

"You're still not thinking about snagging a second part time job like you mentioned a few weeks ago, are you?"

"I need the money Jim, you're old enough for a working permit but with your duties I've got to be the one to help mom with the bills and set some aside for your college education. Also I really need a new laptop since my current one can't last fifteen minutes without needing to be plugged in. I've been thinking of that restaurant mom went to once with Strickler and I think to talk with Blinky, they're hiring and in need of a waitress since they only have one waiter doing the serving, kind of cute too but that's not why I'm gonna apply."

"Your sleep schedule is gonna be even more messed up than mine, just so you know."

"Yeah yeah, now go to bed."

"So my sister said she won't be able to help us out with my Trollhunter stuff anymore because she's now working two jobs, which really sucks when we need more help with something." Jim says to his mentor and friends as they are setting up training dummies. "She can't even remember when was the last time she even hung out with us or Draal when Trollhunter stuff wasn't involved."

"Wait, she's working two part time jobs now?" Toby asks as Aaaarrggh helps him stack two dummies on top of each other. "Since when?"

"Last week, now she's working at this cafe or restaurant with some guy she thinks is cute and says he's really nice."
