Echo's POV
I, in the end, decided to go to my apartment and stay there, by myself, for the first time in a while.
I'm not gonna lie it was weird being alone for the first time but honestly I loved it. As much as I love the guys - and Christina - they can all get to be a little to much sometimes.
And they're loud. Oh my god are they loud. I never realized how much I value peace and quiet till I got back here last night.
I made sure to text Jonah once I got home, but he never replied, so I assumed he was asleep.
I crashed not long after. The stillness of my empty apartment making it hard to fall asleep at first, but I quickly adapted to it and fell into a deep, peaceful slumber.
When I awoke in the morning it was twenty-something minutes past ten, and I felt as if I just got the best sleep of my life.
I had received a text from Jonah around nine-ish stating he was glad I made it here safely and to text him when I woke.
His contact name was still Queen Marais, and seeing it brought back so many memories of how we met.
Some good, some, not as much. But they were mainly good.
I shake my head, clearing the thoughts before I fall down a rabbit hole of emotion and memories.
I pick up my phone off my side table and texted him a simple two word text reading 'I'm awake'.
The overwhelming need to pee came over me and I rushed out of my room and into the bathroom.
Once I was done I waddled my way back into my room to start getting ready for the day. I checked my phone to see if Jonah texted back and to my delight, he did.
It was a half-assed text stating he was 'on his way' and 'would be there in twenty'. I shook my head and turned towards my dresser to find an outfit.
I dig through my drawers looking for anything that would be cute and comfortable.
I end up choosing a pair of black leggings and a matching sports bra. After tugging them over my body, I saunter over to my closet and pull open the door. I pull a tan cropped hoodie off of its hanger and pull it over my body in a not so elegant way.
I hear a ping from my phone, and walk over to my bed to retrieve it. It was a text from Jonah saying he was five-ten-ish minutes away.
I realize doing both my hair and makeup isn't very time friendly, so, I just pulled my hair into a messy bun with peices pulled out in the front and do - very - light makeup.
I slip on my Vans Old Skools and make my way towards the front door with my phone, wallet, and keys in-hand.
Today's gonna be a good day - I hope.

Hey guys, so sorry the long chapter today, I could not for the life of me find a good place to end it. Anyways I'm not gonna make this super long since this part already is. But I love you and I hope you all have an amazing day, and just remember I'm always here to talk if you need me. -🦉
