Saturday, 12:30 p.m.- Hizashi

For the past week or so, Hizashi had been frantically checking the news for Kyoto.

Each time there was nothing really important. Most articles were about the possible dating scandal between (Y/n) and Ito.

But, that never stopped him from checking every day.

(H/n) and Van? Here's the...
Van, heartbroken after (H/n)...
Interview with the woman who...
(H/n) left Kyoto because of...
A forbidden romance between...
Are (H/n) & Van really dating?

Hizashi huffed at the last one. It's outrageous that in times like this people would write such demeaning articles!

He would have to get (Y/n) in touch with a good lawyer, so she could sue the dumbasses behind it.

Wait, he was getting sidetracked again.

As he was typing in a new search, a banner popped up, reading:

BREAKING NEWS! Battle in Kyoto between heroes and villains has drawn to an end. The Pro Hero Duo-

"You're not eating?"

Jumping, Hizashi threw his phone.

"NOTHING!"

Saturday, 12:36 p.m. - Shota

Falling back into his chair, Hizashi held a hand to his heart, "You scared the Hell out of me Shota!"

The blond's reaction earlier didn't exactly seem to match up with his explanation.

"That doesn't answer my question."

The pro hero had to lean back as Hizashi jumped up.

"Careful-" he growled.

"There's something happening in Kyoto."

Kyoto? Shota's stomach sunk. Had something happened with (Y/n)? Is that why she won't answer his calls?

But... she had given him until Wednesday to convince her not to go through with it,... so then why...

Did she lie to him?

Was she okay?

"I don't know if (Y/n)'s involved or not yet," Hizashi spoke up, seeming to have read his mind.

"Oh."

"Let's see... 'The pro heroes (H/n) and Van demonstrated the best teamwork between two heroes during the battle earlier today' blah blah blah 'Van has been hospitalized with mild injuries while'..." his voice got caught in his throat.

The blond's sudden silence made Shota's heart stop.

No, please. She can't be...

Had he even apologized for getting drunk? For hurting her? Does she know how much he hates himself for it?

Shota has never even told her how he felt. How many times had she told him? When was the last time he even did anything special for her?
