Reading the title might suggest that its about a girl who's mentally troubled and then her Prince Charming comes and saves her from her mental prison. IT'S NOT!
There are many other relationships between people that do not involve romantical and sexual acts, by that I don't mean the protangonist is an asexual.
This book is been rated as Mature not because of sexual acts involved in the story, but because there are many concepts that immature people can not understand or relate to.
