CHAPTER 14: To lose my life

* Elena's POV*

'Do your best Elena' I thought to myself. After leaving the car in the middle of nowhere , we had been walking until we reached a immense plot. During the entire walk, everyone remained silenced. The only thing that we could hear is our steps on the ground. I couldn't help thinking about Justin. I was actually worried about him, but with Justin comes along Jessica. I started feeling horrible again and I sighed. Annie basically limited to lowly repeat a slew of spells. I didn't get a word of what she was muttering so I turned to Aaron, who looked happy. I wondered why he was that happy, we were risking our lives in the mission. Undoubtedly he was hiding something from us all, even from Nancy and I was determined to find out what was it.

When we got to the plot, Jessica looked up.

"Kids it ain't big deal" Jessica turned to us. "With your training you all must be capable of jumping this plot. Just watch and learn" Jessica said.

She beautifully jumped it. The way she did it... She must've been quite trained. "Alright guys, do it in order. Annie use your levitation" Jessica shouted.

Annie gladly began to levitate. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. She easily left the plot behind.

"My love, I'm gonna go first" Aaron ironically said. I angrily glanced at him and he briefly laughed while jumping the plot.

I was the only one left outside. I put all my strength in my legs and jumped. When I realized I was already surrounded by the rest. I smiled at Annie.

"Okay let's move onto the main business here. Everyone else is already in the building so let me make a summary of our aims: Don't be caught, free Jenna and make it out of this dirty building. Don't touch anything, just use your eyes, are we clear?" Jessica calmly explained. We all nodded our heads and went on walking towards the old building.

As soon as we got to the wall, jess punched it making a huge hole on it.

'I better not tell her' I thought to myself as I gulped.

*Justin's POV*

"Your majesty, that's for formally letting us in" I said as I reverenced. I could see Jimmy reverencing too.

"You both are brave to enter a palace full of wolves" Markus pointed out while sit on this throne. I looked around. Either decoration or furniture were medieval and so were the wolves who lived there. There were a few of them tied with a rope to the wall. They seemed to be prepared for any attack. I didn't let it get me intimidated at all.

"We are here to negotiate with you" Jimmy desesperately said. "I want my daughted back"

"Do you mean the vampire girl?" Markus boringly asked. "How much are we talking about"

Jimmy started to say number. I noticed something behind me. I turned around and saw her. It was Britney and Mery.

"Long time no see Justin" Britney evilly said.

"Why are you here?" I nervously asked.

"We just want to play" Mery proceed to madly laughed.

"Is something wrong?" Markus asked. Jimmy then turned to me and gave me the look. The look of plan B.

"Yeah, you are bothering me" I used my vampire speed and ripped her head off him. The alarm started ringing and the dogs were immediately set free.

*Elena's POV*

As far as we had walked, we didn't find any difficulty in the way. We managed to step into the palace, all medieval when the alarm started ringing.

"This isn't good" Jessica said terrified. "Go upstairs and get Jenna, don't follow me"

She used her vampire speed disappearing. I turned to Annie and we gulped.

"Aaron is gone!" Annie pointed out.

"Come on Annie, we need to hurry upstairs" I took Annie's hand and used my vampire speed.There was nothing but more decoration upstairs.

"Maybe I can guest a spell to discover the cells" Annie hurried to say.

As she began the spell, I quickly walked around the room.

"Looking for the prison?" And unknown voice came up. I turned around and a beautiful girl was standing in front of me.

"Who are you?" I quickly stood up. My fangs showed up along with my bloody face.

"Knock it off, I'm not the enemy" She said as she put both her hands on her wrist. She had her red hair recollected in two pigtails. She was wearing a school uniform.

'She is so beautiful' I was lost in her brown eyes.

"My name is Theresa. Cells are over there" she pointed at a room. "I have already got what I came looking for"

"What...?" I was confused.

"Don't worry. We'll see each other's faces more times" she grinned and used her vamp speed. I shook my head in order to focus on the matter.

"Annie stop the spell!" I yelled. "Over here!"

I entered the room and bumped into Pablo and Jenna, hugging each other.

"Where do you come from?" I surprisedly asked him.

"Nancy suddenly dissapeared" Pablo turned to me.

"How are you Jenna?" She looked dirty and seemed to be in need of blood.

"I'm... Weak" Jenna was standing by Pablo's shoulder.

"Pablo, get her and Annie out" I quickly said.

"What about you? I ain't letting you stay here by yourself" he replied.

"I'll be just fine, just go" I rushed to say.

He didn't hesitate to take Annie with him using his vamp speed. I sighed and went back downstairs. I ran into a couple of wolves.

"Okay wolves, let me stroke you all" my fangs showed back up and I ran up to them as they were doing the same to me. I hit one sending it straight against the wall. The second one's neck was snapped but the third one got me by surprise and when I looked up it was over me. It scratched all over my body and tried to bite me. I grabbed his mouth with both hands. I was about to give it up when the wolf was stabbed in its back. It fell off me and I stood up. It was Mery. She was holding a knife in her hand.

"Thanks" I limited to say.

"Where's Aaron?" she asked.

"Why you care?" I replied.

She then took me and put me against the wall.

"I said WHERE THE HELL IS HE?" She shouted out loud.

I tried to let go but it wouldn't work. She was way stronger than me.

"Seeing that you don't want to talk, I'll gladly make you" Mery evilly laughed, aiming at my heart with her knife.

I was ready to die when...
