I Had You

CHAPTER 2

Ahh,that was refreshing,I thought as I finished washing my face.

I took a bath,and the water was pretty cold.

I could feel my weight dropping,by tracing my hands through my body.

There's nothing I can do.
That's life.

If I want to live longer,with someone who I love,the time shortens.

If I want to die earlier than I'm meant to be,its too long to wait. It's like the time's frozen.

I dried my hair as I finished bathing.
And I dressed up,to eat out.

Alone,all by myself,in this weather.
Will he still be worried about me like he used to be?

Haha,what am I even expecting.
When I was putting on the jacket,my phone rang.

I was hoping a call from him.
But the screens shows "Doctor Aiden"

Hah,hopes up for a thing that won't happen.

I picked up.
"Doctor Aiden."

"Lewis,have you made up your mind? Regarding to the treatment. It's better to start earlier,than later..."

"Doctor,thank you. But I need more time."

"Okay,please let me know if you're having an answer."

Toot,toot,toot.

As I walked down the street,I saw a restaurant.

A restaurant that Daniel usually take me out to.
I walked into the restaurant,ordering a plate steak.

I glanced out of the glass window,my thought filled about him.

Flashbacks starting.

"You haven't been here for quite a time!" Said a waiter,name Bill.

"Hey Bill." I smiled.

"Hey,what's wrong? He's not here with you?"

"Seems like it"

"Awwh,not cool."

"Where's Jerry?"

"I don't know!" He replied,blushing.

What a cute couple. They're still as lovely as ever.
Jerry and Bill were my only gay friends.
And my favorite gay couples.

They're strong,funny,lovely and have trust,respect and hope in their relationship.

While Bill was blushing hard, 'cling' rang the bell at the door.

It was Jerry. He came into the restaurant with a bunch of flowers in his left hand and a cup of americano in his right.

He kissed the cheeks of Bill,lightly.
"Morning"

The flowers were colorful.
There's red rose,pink rose,yellow rose,orange rose,lavender rose,aloe,aster,pink carnation,daisy,forget-me-not and many more.

They're all meaningful.

"Oh my god. They're all my favorite ones." Bill squealed.

"Here's your coffee my queen. Americano."
"Hmph,thank you"

"Come on,don't be angry" Jerry patted Bill's head.

Jerry then noticed me and said
"Hey"

"Yo"
"Where's Dan?"

"Oh? He's busy as ever" I flashed a smile.

He's not busy.

"Oh,I see."

They sat in the table as I was sitting and started to ask me a lot of questions,which I'm not able answer.

It's all about memories that I made with him,till now.

What can I say,I've got none.
So I had to make up them.

Later,the steak came.
"Enjoy,I got to go! See ya!" Said Bill,leaving in the arms of Jerry.

I smiled at them,but it didn't last long.

My mood to smile disappeared,as soon as I look at the steak.

My thoughts,they're flooded with the memories that I had with him,eating this steak,in the same restaurant.

"Are you not eating?" I looked up at him.
"Haha,nahh,eat up"

I called for Bill and asked for another plate.

"What are you doing?" He asked,curiously.
"Giving you half" I replied.

"No no it's okay,I came here to feed you"
" 'Feed you?' That's making me feel bad"

"Is it? I'm really sorry. I didn't know the correct word to use it and I-"

"Enough. It's okay. Now,have this. It's very tasty."
I pushed him another plate that I asked from Bill.

"No,you eat." he pushed back.

The weird sound came out from Daniel's stomach.

He looked up at me,then held the fork and knife,then started to eat it.

"It's really tasty!" He jumped.
"Don't tell me that you've never tasted it"

He looked up at me,sticking out his tongue.

Damn,he looks cute.
And hot,with his long hair falling on forehead.

I'm stopping myself from rubbing his hair,but they seems really soft.

At the end I ended up giving him the whole plate.

But it was worth it.
He was full.

I ate the slice of steak.
It was salty,smaller in size and was not tasting the way that I wanted to eat.

Just like our love.
