Okay... I hope I include everything you want. Some of those things I didn't really understand but here goes nothing.

"And please tell me again... why we're at Craig Owens' house?" Y/N asked as they waited by the door.

"I told you Y/N, The Tardis has picked up some weird signals and I need to check it out." He said taking out his sonic screwdriver examining the area around him.
The door opened with an annoyed man in the doorway.
"How can I help you?" He asked tapping his foot.
"Well, there appears to be something strange on your roof and I wanted to check it out." The Doctor said.
"...Whatever, just don't wreck anything." Craig Owens said shutting the door. (Sorry, I don't really know his personality.)
"C'mon Y/N!" He said grabbing your wrist and pulling you along.
With the help of the Tardis, you finally made it on the roof. "Yes, oh yes.... something is definitely strange here. Aha!" he exclaimed. You looked where he was and saw... a space ship, smoke coming out of it.
"Doctor, this doesn't look sanitary." You said walking toward him. The door popped open and you saw a strange looking creature, it's face displaying scales and instead of hands it had tentacles. But it was familiar to you.
"Doctor. You finally found me. I have been sending out signals for a while now." The alien spoke.
"Well, I am here now. Seems you need help with your space ship." The Doctor said poking his sonic around.
"Yes. I need help. I need someone to pilot it and recharge it. My energy has been used up Doctor. Dalpolion space ships rely on the pilot's energy and I ran out of fuel." He said looking down. The Doctor silenced his screwdriver and pondered.
"Dalpolion, you say.... I'm quite sorry. I cannot. Time lord energy is too powerful. This planet would be blown to smithereens. We can't have that happening to my precious earth can we." He said drifting off.
"I can do it." you said shrugging.
"No you can't. Recharging a Dalpolion ship would take all of your energy, you would need to sleep for three days, plus it's a horribly painful process." The Doctor said waving his hand, dismissing the idea.
"Any other options?" You asked. He looked at you then looked away. "Exactly." You smirked. You slid into the ship next to the alien. "Okay, how do I charge this thing?" You asked.
"Y/N!!! I already said no! Come on out of there!" You shut the door on him.
"Well. You put your hands around these bars... but he is right. It will take a lot of your energy and it will hurt." He said unsure.
"Anything to help a passing ship. I remember how kind your people are. Your planet is very beautiful too." You said, preparing to grab the bars. You heard pounding on the outside but you ignored it.
When your hands made contact with the bars, a shock ran through your body as you felt your energy being drained from you. It almost felt like someone was squeezing your remains. You let out a small shriek as the shop roared to life, the pounding outside the door growing louder. Tears streaming down your face, the pain almost unbearable.
"Y/N STOP!" You heard along with a soft buzz, The Doctor clearly trying to open the ship and get you out of there.
"Hey! You can stop now!" The Dalpolion grabbing your wrists and yanking them off the bars. You felt dizzy as you tried to make sense of your surroundings. The door opened and you felt arms grabbing you and cradling you.
"I'm sorry for the inconvenience but thank you Doctor." The Dalpolion said. The Doctor ignored him as he ran with you back to the Tardis.
"D-doctor!" You stuttered weakly.
"Y/N what? I'm looking for a guidebook on what to do for humans and Dalpolion ships!" He said.
"Love you, night." You yawned curling up in his arms. He sighed, carrying you to your bedroom in the Tardis. After he tucked you into your bed, he muttered something to himself.
"I love you too."
