We are present at a court hearing and drake isn't back from his trip cause his flight was delayed because of the weather so I had to go myself.
We go to the court and Justine looks like trash and am so sad to see him this way but it's 100% advantage for me.
We stated and I stand my ground on 100/0 custody and my lawyer made the facts that Justine is a violent, I responsible and abusive person both sexual and physically and a female child shouldn't be given to someone like that to avoid emotional and sexual abuse for the child.
When it was Justine's time to talk his lawyer said he wanted to drop the case and I could get 100% custody and my eyes go wide in surprise. He says he wants to settle out of court cause he is not feeling well and passed a paper to the judge.
The case was dismissed and Justine left immediately even before the hearing was over. Am so excited I don't have to worry about any of this again, all that remains is my divorce and hearing that Justine wants to settle out of court is a huge pleasure.
My lawyer is talking to Justine's but I left because I had to pick angel from her nannies house and I tried calling drake to tell him the good news but is number isn't going through, so I guessed he is on his way back.

The porridge is ready and I packed it with his green tea and packed the rest in a container for the fridge and I entered the room and he has angel in his hand and smiles at me.
