The screaming picture almost makes my ears bleed. "Why are you screaming!" I manage to yell over Charlie's petrifying scream. The picture stops her ear bleeding scream and starts to cough. "Because," She manages. "I need to be rescued." I gave her a confused look. She just rolled her eyes. "I don't want to stay out here!" She was about to scream again but I covered her animated mouth. The scream was muffled. Thank goodness for that.

"Shut up." I say. She moves her animated body to the side so my finger isn't covering her mouth anymore. "Really, are you going to say that to someone who can give you a love life?" She folded her arms in front of her chest. "What do you mean? How do you know I don't have a love life?" Her eyes lit up. "See, you admit it!" I set the picture down on my desk. "Hey, where'd you go?" She exclaimed. "Right here." I mumble. To be honest I didn't really like Charlie at first. She was kind of bratty and rude. But hey, you have to get to know them before judging them.

"I can't see you!" She yelled. I sighed and took the picture in between my fingers and held it up. "Better, now I can help you with your mess." She pointed up and down my lean and short body. "What, that's all of me." I exclaimed. "Exactly." She crossed her arms yet again trying to look like she was a beauty instructor. "How are you going to fix all of me?" I asked. "You'll see, I have a couple of ideas in mind for tomorrow." She raised her animated eye brow and started to giggle like an evil villain. "I don't like the sound of that." I said unsure of Charlie's powers when she was just a picture. An animated picture. "Like I said, I have some ideas to help your mess." She said devilishly.

I walk into the school, I had to get here early because Charlie spent all night teaching me how to fix my mess. So I had to get to school early, I didn't finish my homework. As soon as I walked into the doorway I was being flirted to by guys. I don't know why they decided to do it now, I've been going to this school for two long years. And they've never even noticed me. So, why now? What made them change their attitude toward me? All along the way to my locker I was being flirted left and right by boys. In fact, this morning when Alex came to breakfast he asked why I was in his house. Could he really not recognize me? Or was it just his dumb self to pull pranks like that on me?

No, Alex doesn't pull pranks like a silent prank, he pulls them big. I sigh. I grab my books for the dreaded day to come, two more school years before I graduate. Then I can go into being a professional journalist. I push those thoughts aside, I have to focus right now on the present. I head to the library.

I come out of one of the dirty stalls and go over to one of the even dirtier sinks. I absolutely hated those bathrooms, but hey I learned to live with it. I finish up, when I look up at myself. Or at least, not me. A girl with a braid pulled to the side and a little bit of mascara stands in front of me. I nearly ask who she was, which seems stupid but, I really did believe that it was someone else in the mirror. So this is what the guys were seeing, a beautiful girl that doesn't have too much mascara and a pretty hair style. Wow, I would want to flirt with myself if I was a guy.

Charlie really did fix me, she helped me with my mess. And I was happy with what she did. I stop staring at myself and start to dry my hands.
