Ella went to college and got a degree in english. She now writes for the New York Times while simultaneously caring for a house of two kids. She married Jack and they live happily together, Jack works as a doctor at St. Hope Hospital.
Selina married her long time love, Felix, and lives happily with him.
Kendal eventually adopted a child and raises the child as a single mom.
And as for Charlie, well, she still gives Ella love advice every now and then when she visits. She eventually went back to the camera at her own will and Ella and Charlie are great friends. Eventually Ella decided to tell Jack about Charlie.
It was hard for him to cope with a talking picture around but he eventually got used to it.
