As I walk through the front door, I waited patiently for William to arrive, but he never did. Luna had to go visit her grandmother so she couldn't be with me for the afternoon. I just walked around the hallway for about several times and waited outside again, peeking my head eagerly to find a smudge of William's face. I heard a shriek from behind and thought of dashing off, but I didn't know if I should as William would be expecting me. Another shriek, I immediately darted out the backdoor and saw a crowd of people surrounding two guys battling each other.

I squeeze through the crowds, their screams and yells echoing through my ears and I felt dizzy by the moment. As my vision kicked in and I had a better view of the two guys, my head, unfortunately, started spinning again. William had his fist collided with Tony's face.

William's knuckles were bruised and his forehead had a small cut. Nothing that serious. Tony, on the other hand, has a bloody nose. His jaw was a little crooked and his right eye was squinted, black. He was shirtless and his stomach was all bruised. The scene was horrific, I staggered towards them and stammered a small whimper, trying to beg them to stop. Tony was glaring at William the whole time while he just stares at me with an expressionless face, consisting of relaxed muscles, no smile (a thin hard line played on his lips), slow breathing.

Tony was dragged along by his friends to clean him up while I dragged William. He was still strong enough to drive but once we got to his house he collapsed right away on his bed.

"I'll get some warm water and a cloth, stay." I said sternly with a steady voice. He just nodded and sat by the bed. I walked into his bathroom where I filled a glass bowl with some warm water and when it felt warm enough I soaked the cloth a little and brought it out. William was topless and was sitting down with his legs extended, his eyes were closed.

His body was crawling with bruises and blood as well, his stomach was jerked and it was all bruised, his shoulder had a deep wound and there was a scratch mark right beneath his collar bone. I cringed at the sight but went on with cleaning him anyways. As I sat by him, his eyes flutter opened, looking at me deeply in the eyes, holding up a hand and caressing my cheek slowly and smoothly, though I just wasn't in the mood for any of this.

"Stop," I exclaimed, his hands fell to my thighs and he stroke them gently.

"Calm down," He whispered, chills oozed down my spine as the words traveled through my ears.

"Hold still, this shouldn't hurt so mu-"

"Easy!" He moaned, the boiling water kissing his deep wounds.

"You shouldn't have picked up a fight anyways." I sighed, pressing the cloth gently on his bruises.

"It was worth it," He leaned on the bed and thought deeply.

"You mindless, selfless, beautiful girl." He chuckled darkly.

"I want you."

I froze.

"Tony must have had hit you hard on the head." I bit my lip and continued with washing his  scratch marks.

"You still have no clue, don't you?" He scoffed and he rose up.

"Stay! I'm not done yet!" He sighed and sat back down, I felt his bruise and he winced a little, making me shiver as seeing himinjured also made me feel bad.

"You just have to start the fight." I rolled my eyes as I put away the aid supplies.

"Are you kidding me?" He turned serious.

"W-what?"

"Isn't it obvious? He adores you."

"Yeah.." I did a half frown.

He chuckled lightly and swiftly carried me bridal style onto his bed. He hovered over me, still topless and my heart pounded so fast he could probably hear it.

"I adore you, too." He started kissing my lips with passion; tenderly, he grabbed my waist and pulled me up, I kissed him back, my hands tangling his soft hair as his stayed on my waist, strong. His hands made its way under my shirt and it traveled up my bare skin on the back and I didn't mind, surprisingly. Mine on the other hand traveled from his hair to his neck, pulling him closer to me. Slowly, his hands came back down and his hands froze on my waist. The two of us stopped, gasping for air at the same time. He placed his forehead on mine and my hands went back to his hair, rubbing them softly. I gave him a smile and he kissed me softly, mumbling as he does.

"Rose, Rose." He said in between kisses, I just closed my eyelids and kissed him back, I stopped for a while and our eyes flutter open, revealing his happy eyes as he stared down at me.

"We should head to sleep." He managed to give me a smile and I returned him one.

We snuggled together on the same bed and he grabbed me by the waist. this time I did not face back because I wanted to feel him.

"William?" I managed to whisper, he was already snoring softly though.

"What is it Rose?" His sleepy voice echoed through my ears, yet still so golden.

"So... Nothing?" I asked, expressionless.

"Not yet, Rose. I know you're not ready yet." He managed to chuckle and I can feel his smile in the dark.

I couldn't help but smile widely at his words. I brought up my index finger and traced his biceps, they were hard but slick under my skin - He turned his back so now he was facing me. His hand intertwined with mine, though my mind was filled with all these thoughts, I tried to shake it away, squeezing his hand forcefully. He groaned and brought me closer.

"Calm down, Rose. Soon okay?" He whispered.

"It's not th-" I was cut by his lips smashing into mine, tears were welling up and I could feel them trickling down my cheek and onto my lips. He pulled away and frowned immediately.

"Rose, you're crying." That sounded nothing like a question.

"I'm sorry." I managed to choke out as I turned my back against him.

"Please, Rose, i've tried so hard to get this close to you, all I want right now is for you to just forget about the past and rest, you know I want this so badly and you're not making this easy at all for me, so all I'm trying to ask is if you would just clear your thoughts and go back to sleep? We have all the time we need tomorrow so we can continue then. Come back, please?" His voice was so silky, smooth. It was really soft yet all the words came pouring out with millions of different feelings, making me break down into tears more. I snuggled quickly into his chest where he stroke my hair gently.

"Actually, i'm fine with it.." I said, clutching on his t-shirt.

"You're not, don't say that if you don't mean it." He said seriously, I stayed quiet for a while.

"Goodnight, William." I croaked out.

"Goodnight, Rosalie."

"You know I hate being called that." I mumbled in his chest, he laughed and kissed the top of my head.

"Alright. Goodnight, Rose." He finally said before falling back to sleep.

"Much better." I smiled and I could finally feel the warmth in my heart spreading through my body. I was in the arms of  William West.

Before I doze off to sleep, I couldn't help thinking of the things we talked about after... Everything that happened. He told me he wanted it but he knew I wasn't ready, so he backed off and forgot about it. Were all boys just like that? Definitely not.
