"Let's go, Rose!" Tony yelled, I grabbed my purse and raked a comb through my hair and climbed down the stairs as fast as I could. Tony came up with a plan on surprising my dad with a visit. I practically squealed right at that moment when he came home, drunk once again. I thought he may be lying but it was happening. I glanced up and William was there behind the curtains - I can see him. Once our eyes met, he took a swift step back and disappeared. I frowned at his mysterious behavior and looked away. William was still etched in my mind, and possibly my heart - I still couldn't stop thinking about him.
"Get your fine ass in the car before I do it for you." His naughty remark snapped my out of my thoughts and I gave him a smile. I hopped in and the car took off. I took one last look behind and thought to myself. I'll regret nothing...Hopefully.
"Rose!" Tony shook me and I sat up abruptly, wiping the corners of my mouth drowsily.
"Bad news babe, we ran out of gas." I furrowed my eyebrows.
"We're stuck. We aren't so far away from home, but we can't go anywhere at the moment." I jumped out of the car, scanning my surroundings.
"You've got to be kidding me." I cussed, we were literally in the middle of nowhere.
"Tony, we're miles away from home. What should we do now?" I asked, anxiousness swept through me.
"Relax, I'll give someone a call and they'll fetch us. Calm down." I looked around - there was a small motel not so far away, I glanced back at Tony and he was fast asleep.
"Jerk," I muttered. I took my purse from the car seat and headed for the motel. It was a small yet pleasant place - not bad actually. A young lady by the counter bounced and smiled warmly at me. Her dark hair was swept to one side and it hung loosely in a braid - layer of hair were falling out of place but it gave it a messy look. Her blue eyes were distinct and alluring, so were her full lips.
"Oh! Customer! Hello! Welcome to Rem's Motel - I''m Aimee. Would you like to check in?" She was rambling to herself as she looked for a room key on one of the cubbies.
"I'm Rose," I smiled back, "And no, I was just wondering if you can give us a ride home?" She faced me and let out a sigh. It was a relieved one.
"Wow, great timing. My manager just got out and I was hoping I could go to the cities and head to a mall or something. Is that where you're headed to?" I nodded eagerly, relief washed over me as she pulled out a dark purse and hung it over her shoulders.
"Let's go!"

"Well, aren't you a pretty." Tony gave her a wink and she smiled, biting her lip. As Tony went around the back and gathered our stuff, a tow truck came along.
"Is he coming with us?" Aimee squealed in delight as I nodded. Laughing, we jumped in her mini van and we took off for home.
It took us two days to reach home - Aimee's van wasn't functioning well and we had to stop by a few times, but it wasn't a bother to any of us. Aimee dropped me back at my house so she and Tony could have some time together. I didn't mind at all - I needed some rest.

Rain was pouring hard, the fishy aroma woke me up and now I was in the midst of insomnia - I looked around, Tony came home earlier with Aimee and they passed out together on the couch. I figured I'd visit my dad the next day alone hopefully, to get all this mess out of my head - I put on my slippers and headed downstairs. As I poured myself a cup of warm tea, I noticed a dark-hunched figure sitting looking out of the balcony of William's room. I can see his whole figure from my window even on the first floor - He was wearing a white singlet that uncovered his tensed biceps - his rocky hard chest were pressed against the top, revealing a full-body outline of abs as well. His dark jeans hugged his athletic figure perfectly, they were hung low from his hips so there was a view of his bare, tanned skin. He wazs holding a bottle of beer, he placed one hand on one side of the railing and another hand on the other side. He took a quick swig of his beer and he did the most monstrous thing - A stray dog skipped along the road, sniffing on his trash. William growled in anger, sending the dog running, then he threw the bottle to the ground and there was a loud CLANK.
My jaw unclenched - pieces of the beer bottle scattered on the floor, I looked back at William and he was gone. I decided to run out of the house and investigate. Things weren't going so well with him, and I was going to find out why. I slipped on some flip flops and made my way across the road. I wasn't thinking twice about putting on extra clothing - I had to see him. Puddles of mud pooled the road, my flip flops were drenched on the first step. I kept going anyway - drops of rain pattered roughly, hair was falling out of my bun quick, but I had no time to care about myself. I reached his doorstep and heaved. Once I felt better, I opened the door quietly. The living room was dark, pictures that were hung on the wall tilted. There were pizza boxes and take out containers everywhere. Wow, I thought I was the one grieving.
Kicking my way out of the mess, I made my way to the kitchen. The same figure was looking out of the window, there was another bottle of beer on his hands - I slowly walked towards him. Plucking the bottle out of his hand, I made my way to the trash bin.
"Stop dead. Now." His eerie tone made me shiver. I did though - I stopped frozen in my tracks. His footsteps echoed through my ear, and his chest pressed my back. He took the bottle from my hands and chugged down the whole thing.
"William, stop." I grabbed the bottle from him and his lips were wet. Beer droplets slowly trickle down his lips to his chin. His surprised look turned into anger.
"I wasn't finished with that." He complained. I shook my head and dropped it in the trash can.
"No, you're finished. With all of this. Right now." Before I could turn around to look at him, he was shoving me against the wall.
"No one tells me what to do." He roared. His hands gripped my slippery wrist and he has his lips on the crook of my neck.
"You ran away from me. You think you're going to get away that easily now?" His warm breath quickly soothed me - my body was no longer stiff and cold, I was melting against him.
"Y-youre weren't who I thought you were." I gulped, taking lungfuls of air. "You practically used me for a day, pretending to care for me, but you were all over another girl the next day." I looked up and our eyes met - but his eyes were a different hue now, they weren't as friendly as before. Instead, they looked a little grey now - the intenseness in them were mesmerizing, I couldn't take my eyes off of him.
"Who's to say this wasn't petty mr. drunken man whore's fault? Who's to say that everything I did wasn't my fault and it was all just a misunderstanding." Warm tears were slowly flowing down my cheek, his frustration was quickly replaced with worryness and sympathy. His eyes were no longer dark - they were now a vibrant gold and etched with warmness. He cupped my face with both his hands and used his thumb to wipe off the tears that were now forming even faster.
Slowly, he leaned in and kissed the tears - I closed my eyes, feeling the heat radiating from his body, quickly drowning me in his everlasting presence.
"I know it doesn't look bad to you, but seeing you with Tony, and visiting your dad together..I just... It's possibly the worst scene I could ever picture.. That was our trip, we planned it together. I knew he was trouble, and me thinking of all the messed up things that could've happened to you... I- i couldn't take it." He placed his forehead against mine.
"You are my everything, Ever since I've met you, ever since you took that seat beside me, I..." He closed his eyes shut, I reached for his hands that were still on my cheeks and rubbed them gently.
"William, stop..." A sob escaped my mouth, and he finally looked up. A sad smile crept up his face, he kissed my forehead, my nose, then his lips brushed against mine.
"I've missed the taste of these." He devoured me in a matter of seconds. He has his hands on my hips and he carried me to a bar counter. He pulled my neck closer to him, the smell of him - the taste, the feeling, my hands were tangled in his hair and he moaned. My body was still a little wet, but he seemed to be enjoying this moment. His large hands traveled under my shirt and he gripped my bare skin. He pulled back and rested his head on the of my neck.
"So gorgeous," He whispered against my shoulder, giving me light kisses and tracing them down my arm.
How i've missed all this.
