It took three either wolves to pull Steve back, so that Lauren could be carried to the pack doctor. Liliana had already shifted, dressed, and was currently telling the alpha what happened. His brows furrowed together, as he listened intently to her, not interrupting at all. ".....I was not able to stop the second wolf, but I was able to push him a little to keep him from getting her neck." She finished, as her mother walked up, standing beside her. He rubbed his chin for a moment, glancing at her. "I see, but what I don't understand is, why where they directly targeting her?" He asked, more lost in thought, then asking her. She shrugged anyways, not sure of the answer herself. "Can I make a suggestion alpha?" She asked contently. He nodded his head for her to continue, still rubbing his chin in thought. "Why not put protection around her, if she makes it, until you find out why?" The suggestion, in her head, was actually a smart idea. He stopped rubbing his chin, and stared at her like he was in shock. "That is actually a fantastic idea! We will do it! See, already talking like the future Luna!" He said, voice booming as he walked away.

Was that him being sarcastic or serious? She shook her head, letting out a sigh, walking to the house. She's had enough excitement for the day, and really can't handle anymore. First, it was Chessy, then that dark creature, and lastly; Lauren. At least this time, it could not be blamed on her, thank the goddess. She had done had enough of things being blamed on her. Right now though, she is mad at herself for saving Lauren like she did. She knew it was the right thing to do, but in her head, she didn't deserve to be saved. Not by her at least. That was the last thing she wanted to do. She was sure Lauren knew that, so will probably be just as confused about the situation as she is. Yes, they use to be best friends, but that was before Lauren met Steve, and decided to ditch me. Even now, if she were to try and be friends with her again, she could never trust her, not in a million years, not even if her life depended on it. That sounds mean, but you know what they say, the truth hurts.

She opened the door to her bedroom, walking in and letting it close behind her. She plopped down onto the bed, laying on her back, staring at the roof. She hoped to clear her mind, and fall right to sleep, but it seemed though her body and mind both had other plans for her. She enjoyed the comfort of her bed, but this is one of the reasons she hated being in the house; it forced her to think to much, and she hated it. If there was a way she could block her own mind off, then she would, but that would be very impossible. She rolled over onto her side, placing her hands under her head, and stared at the wall. Maybe she would get bored enough from ignoring herself, and fall asleep. After thirty minutes passed, she let out a frustrated sigh, sitting up since she could not fall asleep. "I hate this! Why can't I just fall asleep!" She said loudly to herself. "Maybe this is not the room you are meant to sleep in." That voice again. She immediately got to her feet, looking around the room, trying to locate where the voice had been coming from this time. Once again, she spotted nothing. She let out a loud frustrated growl. "Show yourself coward!" She yelled out. Not even a movement came. "Mmmmm..... someone is very angry. I take it you did not like my surprise?" The voice asked, mock concern in the air. She gasped. "The rogues? That was you?" She asked, exasperated.

A quiet but demonic laugh sounded, then a clap of hands. "Very good my sweets. You catch on pretty fast. What if I made my surprise an every evening event? Would you like that?" The voice continued to speak. Unable to find her voice, she only nodded her head no. The voice only laughed again, making her petrified even more. "Let's make a deal then shall we? How about you come with me and take your place as my queen? Or, you can stay, and continue to get the surprise every evening?" He asked. His voice had started to grow demonic, making her scared to answer him. She started glancing towards the door, debating on if she should run and tell someone, or if she should put a end to it, and go with the mysterious person. At this point, she did not know what the right choice would be. Frowning, she bit her bottom lip, glancing at the door, contemplating. Even if she did go with him, she was sure the pack would think of her as a coward, but if she stayed, everyone would be in danger, and it would be her fault again. Then again, she could always be there to watch and fight them off before anyone has to get hurt. With that last thought, she took another glance at the door, and bolted for it. When she reached it, she grabbed for the knob, only to be stopped by two strong arms on either side of her head. She instantly froze.
