I was writing the notes Mr. Won had on the board while he was talking very fast. I tried copying everything I could as fast as I could. I go to a regular school so don't think I go to a prestige high school with all the rich kids. I could go there if I wanted but my father chose not to draw too much attention to me considering my background.

"Can you please come on the double date with me tonight"

I looked at my friend in annoyance and disbelief. I was shocked at what she just asked me. She knows I can't be out late yet she still asks me.

"Yuri, I told you, I have a strict curfew. I can't be out when it gets dark. Sorry"

I looked back down at my notebook and began writing down the notes on the board. I felt her gaze on me as I tried ignoring her. She poked my arm with her pencil but I kept writing.

"Look at me Y/N. Pleaseeeee unnieeeee"

I ignored her again and continued writing glancing at the board every once in a while. She pushed me and I almost fell out of my chair, catching myself by the desk. I glared at her angrily.

"What the hell Ying!"

She looked sadly at me like a puppy who lost its owner. I gathered myself up when I realized how quiet the room was. I looked around only to see people looking at me with a raised eyebrow in shock. My teacher cleared his throat before looking at me sternly.

"That kind of mouth is not allowed in here Ms. Kim. Detention after school." Mr. Won said in annoyance.

"But-"

"Did I stutter? Detention, after school. No questions Ms. Kim. Now, may I get back to teaching my class?"

I nodded slowly thinking of my consequences when I get home late. Mr. Won went back to teaching and I just paid attention to the board. Out of nowhere, a piece of paper slid across my desk. I looked at it and there was a sad face. I couldn't help but chuckle at the little face before opening the paper.

"Sorry for getting you in trouble. I didn't mean it unnie. Do you forgive me?"

I chuckled lightly before looking at Ying. She has pleading puppy eyes. I swear I was able to see the stars in this girl's eyes. I couldn't help but nod at her smiling. I took the paper and wrote on it before handing it to her. "

Don't worry, it was a mistake. Now pay attention."

She read it over and smiled at me. She put her gaze on the teacher once more and we both continued taking notes.

~After School~

I grabbed my stuff and put it in my bag. I put on my headphones and headed to detention. I took out my phone as I was walking to text my father I was going to be home late. My fingers were trembling as I was typing.

"I'll be home late. I got in trouble. Be home by 6."

I put my phone down and took a deep breath as I walked inside the classroom. I took a seat and reached in my bag for my books. My phone went off but I dropped it by being startled by the sudden ring.

"Damnit phone"

I reached down the grab it but someone else beat me to it. They handed it to me and I looked up. His face was blank almost as if I did something wrong. I'm not going to lie, he was handsome, very handsome. He wore black jeans and a black t-shirt. His hair went to his eyebrows and looked wet. That wet look. Always a killer style. I couldn't help but continue staring at him.

"Hello?!''

I shook my head realizing he was speaking to me. He waved my phone in my face before speaking once more.
