Keep your title simple. Having a long title can be annoying to the readers. Keep it in a Six word range.
Your story description is the most important part here. Leave this until you have finished your book because then you have a better idea of what your own book is about. If you do this in the beginning you will notice you write a bad description or you trailed off of your description while writing your book.
You can set the main character of your book. This option is rather new and I never seen this until I started this book. You can always update the main characters list as you go on in your book so don't worry about filling this section right away.
I recommend you play around with popular tags by looking at what other users tag on their books.
Picking a genre is simple and there isn't much to say about this, just don't over think it.
Target audience is the best part of this if you want to reach out to a certain age range you can with this section. Wattpad always gives anyone recommendations either because of the age range, books they read in particular genres or the books listed in similar tags. Everyone has different likes in genres so don't feel bad if one person doesn't see your book in recommendations.
You can change the language if you are trying to reach audiences in a particular language. You can always write in your own language and with the selection Wattpad translates it for that audience that speaks it. The limit is one of course.
The copyright section is completely up to you but most users leave it unspecified or all rights reserved. Your book rating again is completely up to you depending on the form of content. WARNING: If you have a mature book and don't turn it on you can't get mad if any user report your book and Wattpad takes it down.
