She may not be the best
Maybe a little different from the rest
She's hard and strict
But she'd always risk
Just for us
And I give her all my trust.
She was the one who taught me
About the difference between poems and proses
But as you can see,
I can't afford any roses
Or fancy things
That's why I only gave her this
I love those little things about her
Without her, literature would be a blur
For me, all this poem making isn't new
But I should let you know that she is you.
