Nico On Ice ✔

As they pulled up to the ice rink, Nico was a bit nervous. He hadn't skated in ages and didn't know how good the rest of the group were.

"Let's go!" Piper screamed with a beam as she yanked open the van door and they all tumbled out.

They walked into the centre, payed for skates and went to the benches.

"I've never ice skated before..." Hazel admitted shyly as she put on her blades.

"It's OK Hazel I haven't either. Let's do this together!" encouraged Frank as he took her hand and slowly waddled over to the rink.

Nico smiled, he was happy Hazel was with someone who treated her like a queen.

"You coming Nico?" asked Reyna who was trying to mask her excitement with a stern face.

"Sure sorella." Nico smirked before walking up to her with ease and stepping onto the ice.

He looked around and only the gang was here. As it's a school day the rink was dead meaning the whole place was just for them.

Nico peered around at his friends: Jason, Piper and Leo were helping each other skate in turn whilst Will, Percy and Annabeth were skating round with ease and were able to stop themselves. Hazel and Frank were gripping onto the sides, falling over and laughing together, 'cute' Nico thought. Reyna was standing next to Nico.

"Let's do this." she said with a determined face. Nico smiled and grabbed her hand before slowly starting to glide along the ice.

At first it was difficult, he hadn't skated in a while, but eventually Reyna and himself got the hang of it and were racing each other around the edge.

"I miss this." Nico thought as he sped across the rink...
