Ok, I know this isn't an update but... I need a Villain Oc for a later chapter and he/she needs a weapon, armor, name, and power, BUT the power cannot be summoning and it can't be too OP (like how a black hole would be). Also I need a slight back story. You will be tagged at the end of the chapter.
I would Prefer the OC to be from Halo, RvB, Skyrim, Doom, Harry Potter, or from your own universe.
Also when should Summer be revealed to Ruby and the others.
UPDATE 10-4-19: I now Need specifically a female villain Oc, One from Earth or Halo/RvB. Obviously with weapons, armor, and a semblance (Not summoning).
