BELLARKE WEDDING!

*June 7th (this is after their first year in Cali together)*

Clarke's POV

Today is the day that Bellamy and I are getting married. We have been planning for this day for months. We wanted to do it in the summer, after the school year was over, to make sure that all of our family and friends could make it.

My first year at college was very stressful, especially with all the wedding plans. Bellamy and I had got used to living in California very quickly. Bellamy was in his second year of college and was now interning at the local police department. I got well adjusted to the school quickly and I had started working as a receptionist at the the local hospital. So all in all we have had a great year.

I am currently sat in front of my vanity with Octavia doing my hair and Harper doing my makeup. Octavia curls my hair into loose curls slightly brushing them out to create a wave before connecting two fancy braids at the back of my head. While she does the finishing touches, Harper is keeping my makeup nice and simple with a nude/gold eye shadow and a pinky nude lip.

"Oh darling, you look beautiful" My mom gushes as she holds her hands up to cover her mouth

"Oh darling, you look beautiful" My mom gushes as she holds her hands up to cover her mouth.

"Thanks mom" I thank with a small smile.

"Are you nervous?" Maya questions.

"Surprisingly no. I have never been more sure of anything in my life." I answer staring of into space with a light smile making its way across my face.

All the girls "awe" at the cuteness.

They help me into my dress before we all make sure we look perfect. We all make our way downstairs to get in the car when my mom stops me. The other girls keep going waiting for us.

"Clarke I have a couple things to give you before you can get married." My mom says holding out one of the two small jewelry like boxes that magically appeared in her hands.

I take the first one she held out and when I opened it I found a beautiful hair piece. It is clean gold with  pearl and white accents, one burgundy flower and one blush pink one.

"It was my mothers, then mine, now yours, and someday your daughters" my mother explains before taking it from my hands and walking behind me to slide it into place.

She then comes back to face me and hands me the other box.

"This was your father's mothers when she got married, she then gave it to your father for when he married and then he kept it for when you got married." my mother yet again explains.

I open it and gasp at its beauty. It is a silver teardrop necklace with small diamonds covering it.

I don't even realize tears are leaving my eyes until my mother cups my cheeks and wipes the tears away. I mumble a thank you before asking her to put it on for me. She does before hugging me in a tight embrace.
