I wake up to my alarm clock and groan realizing I have to go back to school today. I get out of bed and make my way to my closet and grab a pair of light wash jeans, a light beige sweater and a pair of tan Birkenstock's. After I get dressed I go to the bathroom and brush my teeth and put on some subtle makeup. I then throw my hair in to a messy ponytail with a braid at the side and I grab my phone and bag running downstairs. When I reach the last step I hear a ping on my phone and I see that Octavia has tagged me in an Instagram post. I pull out my phone and check the post, smiling when I see the picture of Octavia and Bellamy.

Over the summer, me and all of my friends went to the Bahamas for our last summer with some of our friends before they graduate. Octavia, Jasper, Monty, Harper, Murphy and I are all starting our junior year this year while Bellamy and Raven are starting their senior year. My cousin and Octavia's boyfriend, Lincoln, also came but he is starting his first year in college.
I hear a car beep from outside and I grab my bag again and make my way out to Bellamy's truck. Inside is Octavia, Bellamy, and Murphy.
"Hey guys" I greet jumping into the passenger seat.
Everyone gives me some sort of greeting and the Bellamy takes off towards the school. Bellamy gives me a small smirk that only I noticed. During the Bahamas trip, Bellamy and I had gotten closer than we were before we left. One night we all got a little drunk at our own little "party" and Bellamy and I shared a very steamy night. We haven't told anyone about it, but ever since that night Bellamy has been touchier and overall cute.
Only 5 minutes later we reach the school and Bellamy pulls in right next to Raven's black Audi S8. All of our friends crowd around the two cars and we begin comparing schedules. It turns out due to my AP classes I am in a lot of Bellamy's and Raven's classes, but mostly Bellamy's. Bellamy of course had to make a smart-ass remark.
"Wow we have a smart Princess with us today." He announces as we all walk down the halls.
"Shut up Bell and stop calling me Princess" I reply slapping his arm.
We walk to our first class of the day which is Math for Bellamy and I. I sit down and Bellamy races to sit next to me before anyone else. I chuckle at his action and he just shoots me one of his famous smirks.
"So Clarke since we are alone I was thinking we could talk about the other night in the Bahamas." Bell suggests.
"No Bellamy, I am not talking about that in class or in school at all." I reply brushing off the suggestion.
"Come on Clarke, I -"
The bell rings cutting off whatever Bellamy was gonna say. I tell him to be quiet and pay attention to the information the teacher is giving us. Bellamy just sits there drilling holes into the side of my head with his eyes.
~ After School ~
The final bell has just rang and I can't wait to finally leave. Bellamy has been trying to make me talk about the night in the Bahamas but I shrug it off each time which I could tell was starting to frustrate him.
Octavia and I make our way out to Bell's truck and get in. I am going to the Blake's house tonight, where Octavia and I will be doing our homework. I will probably will have to help Bellamy with his homework too, I have been helping him with his homework since my freshmen year.
Bellamy comes out of the school laughing with some of his friends. He bids his goodbyes and makes his way over to us and leave. We arrive at the Blake home only 10 minutes later.
Octavia and I run up to her room and begin our homework.
"Hey Clarke, have you noticed something weird about Bellamy? He has been extra weird ever since the Bahamas trip." Octavia asks when we are have done with our work.
My breath hitches before I reply calmly, "No I haven't noticed"
"Oh well, maybe its just me" she shrugs.
Her phones begins ringing and I see the caller id say Lincoln with a heart. I smile at how cute they are. I tell Octavia that I am going to grab some snacks and Octavia nods answering her phone.
I run downstairs, grab 2 sodas and a bag of chips. I make my way back up the stairs and I almost make it to Octavia's room when Bellamy's door opens and he drags me inside before closing the door and locking it behind him.
"Bellamy what the hell!?!?" I yell quietly, not wanting to alarm Octavia.
"Well you wouldn't talk to me at school, so we can talk here and now" he shrugs walking closer to me.
"Bellamy your sister is literally right down the hall, we can't talk here. What happens if she over heard us?" I question putting our food on his bed.
"Oh well, I don't care I have been wanting to talk to you about this since that night but you kept pushing it off. I'm done waiting." he sits on his bed and I take a seat next to him.
"Bellamy what is there to talk about? We were both drunk and we barely remember anything from that night."
"Well maybe I want to remember that night. I have wanted to be with you since you and Octavia became friends. I know you have feelings for me so stop acting like you don't"
I blush knowing he isn't wrong about my feelings. I shrug off the feeling remembering why I have never acted on my feelings for him.
"Bell I don't want to ruin our friendship if we were to end on a terrible note. I also don't want to ruin mine and O's friendship either. I can't be with you if there is even a small chance of losing both of my best friends." I explain.
I grab the food and stand up heading to the door. I unlock it and I am about to walk out when Bellamy tries to stop me.
"Come on Princess please don't leave"
It takes everything in me to push down my feelings and to leave the room. I once again make the journey to Octavia's room. When I enter, she is no longer on the phone and is back to doing her homework.
"Hey what took you so long?"
"Oh, I didn't know what I wanted" I quickly come up with.
She nods, believing my lie.
I sit back down and start back on my homework, while thinking of what Bellamy had just told me.
