After a good hour of observing the center kingdom, I finally made it to the center; the center of centers of all kingdoms. This is where the most powerful of them all are. All the most skilled people work in this castle. The best chefs, the best designers, the best cleaners are all here. Working in this castle is such a big thing that you will become instantly famous around the world if you even worked here as the bathroom cleaner.
And I guess I don't have to mention this but, the strongest of all guards are stationed here, the most experienced in strategy and personal guarding. And the ruler of this amazing castle is the king, the king of kings. This king can boss around the other Kings and they can't oppose it or rumor has it that an army of a million soldiers will come and raid their kingdom. I don't know how true that is though since it never happened.
The queen is the most powerful female in the entire world. She usually travels around the world to the kingdoms to build stronger bonds with them and the people. I heard that she is barely in the center kingdom and would rather help others in the exact place they are in and not miles away from them. And because she is always traveling she is the most known person in this royal family, while people rarely get a glimpse of the other two.
And this powerful no godly family has one son, a son that everyone has heard about but for some reason never seen. People don't even know how old he is or his personality.
You can fill in the blacks from here right?
Yes...I am tutoring the soon leader, ruler, god of this world. Not a lot of people have seen his face, but the people who have said they saw the male version of Aphrodite, the pure definition of beauty.
And I know this isn't supposed to be coming out of my mouth but, I am honestly excited to be seeing and teaching him. I want to learn who this mysterious prince, people gossip about in all parts of the world, from the west to east, and south to north, no one doesn't know of his existence. But even if they know that he exists, the stories these kingdoms make, make him into a magical being that is watching over them in the shadows.
But even though I am excited, at the same time I am petrified by this once in a lifetime chance to meet the prince a handful of people have seen.
I got out the limo and frantically walked towards the grand entrance.
The gate was gold and grand, for a lack of words. The detailing was impeccable and the shine that is reflected from the bright sun can blind anyone if they were to stare at it too long. the gate reached a high hight, it would be unthinkable to even attempt to climb over it to get to the other side. On second thought though, you would be wiser to not even think of attempting to climb it since it was ultimately heavily guarded by these prestige guards that had this uninformed look.
They wore an outfit that made them look more like they were in a marching band, but even though their outfits were decked out in a bright blue color laced with a glittery silver their facial expression reinforced the idea that they are someone you don't want to mess with. Tough and intimidating but at the same time not bad to the human eye either.
Walking up towards them made me realize how built they all were, they literally towered over me as I had to look up at them. They didn't pay any attention to me though, keeping their eyes straightforward not flinching or anything. My heart raced, but I didn't let it show as I gulped down my nerves and confedently presented myself.
"Hey, gentlemen. I have been sent here to be the new tutor for the Prince." I said, surprisingly not chocking up.
The one I was looking at finally dropped his gaze to me as we made eye contact and my face blew up in crimson color. "Pa—-" he was about to finish but, I handed him the documents with the certification for royal tutor and smiled at him.
"Is that all you need my kind, sir," I said still trying to pray to God that my face isn't giving away how my insides are going on a rollercoaster.
He looked through the papers very thoroughly. I wouldn't even be too surprised if he had read every nook and cranny of the papers, it is the grandest of castles I am having exclusive entrance to.
The guard nodded handing me the papers and signing something to his fellow guards. I looked at them confused as they nodded in unison as their movements happens in correlation to each other. It was like looking at a routine right n front of my face. Their footsteps were synchronized like they were one person.
The gate suddenly opened as those guards bowed in a perfect 90 degree angle yelling in their deep voices, "Welcome professor Hong."
I jumped back for the sudden greeting but flattered by this warm welcome. But beyond those overwhelming feelings, I couldn't tell them that isn't how I want to be addressed. I prefer just my first name, I know it's weird for a tutor of my status to do such a thing, but it is just how I like to do things.
I nervously nodded, bowing back to every handsome guard I had passed by in and through the golden gates and into the courtyard.
Could you even call this a courtyard? It felt more like a full-on park that people could stroll in for hours on end. The pathways were a warm creamy brown that was outlined with these marble pebbles on the sides of them. The grass had no imperfections, all of it is even to the one next to it, and not to mention how green and healthy they looked. At this point would it hurt to just wander and look at this wonderful courtyard?
I shook my head reminding myself that I came to this castle for one reason and one reason only, to educate the next generation of rulers to be more mindful.
The maids noticed me and smiled at me. I smiled back as I noticed what they were wearing, they weren't typical maid outfits, and as I passed by the other maids' none of them had the same outfits but had the same color scheme of black and light purple. Unlike most castles who keep every made in an ugly and dingy brow and white outfit that is the same throughout the maids.
But I kept that all to myself thinking that there must be an obvious reason to this that I am not following. The maid guided me to what I thought would be to the prince, but no.
"Here professor Hong, is your dormitory, in which you will be staying at." She said motioning towards a door that just have been more than 10 feet tall.
I was astonished by the overall size of this door but realized I needed to correct her, "Oh um... you can just call me professor Joshua, please. But what do you mean by my room?" I said confused. I was never offered a room in the castle right off the bat.
"This is your room, that your highness has himself reserved for you." She said suddenly taking her leave.
I sighed feeling the endless nerves that has been crawling into my stomach. I opened the door and was presented with a large, no bigger than large, gigantic room. It was furnished to perfection, all the stuff seemed to be in the right spot and not in the way.
I walked inside and right next to the door was a mini table with a basket of different gifts and a card, "Welcome to Aleusm kingdom Professor Hong, I hope you enjoyed the warm welcome all my workers have given you." Sighed by the King Himself. Once I saw the signature my eyes popped out of my sockets. Why am I being treated so nicely? I questioned myself.
"No way." I said as I looked up from the letter and at the room and started to explore it. I looked through the drawers that for some reason had a lot of clothing neatly folded into them, and the mirror filled with pictures of the scenery. And if I didn't know better I would think someone was already occupying this room. And while I was thinking that I heard the bed creek.
I jumped at the sound as I slowly walked up to it and peered into it, hoping and praying that it wasn't a ghost. I don't need to be living in the same room with a casper.
My eyes almost shot out of my sockets again, two times in only a few minutes a new record.
When I saw who was sleeping in it I was rubbing my eyes to make sure they weren't deceiving me. A god, god of all beauty. A male that had to be the most attractive person I have seen, was sleeping in my bed. And as I was admiring his beauty, his eyes flickered open.
