Lesson 25: What are the Errands?

"So what are the errands, Dino?" I asked avoiding Jeonghan's gaze.

"Oh yeah sorry about the wait, It's simple I promise," he said

I nodded, "Go ahead"

"So we need to go grocery shopping."

"Grocery shopping?" Jeonghan said turning to me but his face still seemed to be red for some reason.

I tried to shake off what Vernon told me cause I know it can't be true and tried my best to act like my normal self, "Yeah when you buy food."

"Ah," He said as he turned back to face Dino quickly.

"And what is it that we need to get?" I said to Dino.

Once I asked this, Dino smiled and pulled out a long list, and when I mean long list, I mean LONG list out of his pocket. This list dropped and rolled all over the floor. "This" I had to take multiple double takes cause this was unbelievable.

"Yup just a little." He said smiling.

We all collectively groaned, just thinking about how long this will take.

Jeonghan on the other hand, being the only one who seemed excited, "OMG I get to do regular thinks like grocery shopping!!" He said pretty loud.

Our waitor came back and asked, "Dino what does he mean by that?"

"Oh, nothing lil bro, he is...just...ah he just recovered from a terrible injury that made him unable to go outside for months," Dino said.

Our waiter instantly saddened at the fake news, "Oh I'm so sorry to have made you bring that up. I will take my leave and not put my nose where it doesn't belong."

He bowed at Jeonghan as I looked at Dino giving him a serious look. He laughed nervously rubbing his head, "Sorry that was the first thing that came to mind." he said.

Jeonghan slumping down and tugging at the hem of my sleeve. I looked down at him wondering what was going on, but I couldn't really tell since his hat was covering his face. "Yes?" I said.

"Can we start now. Let's go, Joshua. Now" He said bringing his head up and looking at me with stars in his eyes. My face uncontrollably became red as his seemed to have been doing the same. he shook his head as if to forget something and basically pushing Dino right off the bench and pulled me right out the door, "Wait Jeonghan we have to pay..."

"It's covered," Dino called out waving us away.

"You heard him" Jeonghan said making us run out the cafe.

The guards are chasing us with the long list at hand. I pulled back but at that exact time, Jeonghan let go of my hand. I flug myself backward and fell straight to the floor. The guards and Jeonghan looked down at me on the floor, Jeonghan and Vernon trying their best to hold back their laughter and the other two guards being decent people and pulling me back onto my feet.

I dusted myself off and glared at Jeonghan and Vernon as I took the list out of his hands and looked through the monster-sized list.

"Ok so this will take us a long time but I am certain we can finish this in one day only if we split up," I suggested looking at the four people in front of me.

Vernon quickly grabbed the list out of my hands and yelled, "No no not happening."

I glared at him and took it back, "Hold your horses, I was going to say that you were going to come with me and Jeonghan and the other two guards are together." Vernon thought about it and agreed to it.

I ripped the paper up into halves and we all started on our ways. The two guards instantly going to work on the list leaving only Vernon, Jeonghan, and I.

I looked at the first thing in the list, fruits." So does anyone know a good fruit shop?"

"Nope."

"Nope"

I sighed, "I figured so how about we ask? You want to do the honors Jeonghan?"

Jeonghan looked at me with shock then horror, "But I don't want to? Do I really have to."

"Um yes you do its part of my lesson after all. Jeonghan you need to build some people skills, your looks can only do so much in helping you get the person's attention, not so much retaining it." I said.

"But..."

"Don't make it sound like I am punishing you. You're going to make a certain someone ahem Vernon stressed and doubt my teachings."I whispered to him.

"I heard that," Vernon yelled out.

"I know that," I yelled right back.

"Guys stop bickering, your making my ears bleed." Jeonghan complained.

"Shocking coming from you I guess." I retorted. I pushed Jeonghan towards a group of girls, "Go and ask them."

Jeonghan shyly moved towards the group and started to ask them, "Um...by any chance do you guys know a good fruit shop?"

The girls gave Jeonghan a look over and whispered amongst each other. "Why are you talking to us?" One girl responded.

"I was just ask---"

"We heard you the first time." Another one cut him off.

I was watching as the girls started to say unessesary things about Jeonghan. I was getting pissed and Vernon next to me was too. I ran to Joenghan and pulled him into my arms covering his ears. "You should all be ashamed of yourself. So heartless."

"Says the other ugly I see. Here how about I give you some loose change to actually get a few work done on that face of yours." She said throwing money at my face.

I didn't say anything but Jeonghan pushed off of me and angrily took off his hat glaring at the girls as their face instantly became red.

They all took a double-take on Jeonghan's face as they all nodded to each other and went all over Jeonghan's arms, "How could you hide such a god-like face. We are so sorry we called you ugly you re the opposite of it." The girls said ganging upon him.

Jeonghan looked down at them and pushed them off of him, "Get away from me if anything the ugliest one here are you. Joshua is the most handsome person I have ever seen in my life and what you guys said can't be forgiven. So would you kindly point to a fruit shop and we will be on our way."

They were shocked as they pointed to a store nearby. Jeonghan smiled at them and said, "Thank you. I hope you have the worst day of your life and just as a reminder don't go off of epople first looks. Advice coming from the prince you see."

We all walked away from the group of girls as they freaked out realizing what they have just done with a royal. I laughed throwing my arms around Joenghan's shoulder as his face became bright red.
