Hello guys! Before we start, I wanted to give you guys a song for reference.

This chapters song is Sweet Jane by Cowboy Junkies

Enjoy:)

"What the hell were you thinkin'?" Tulip yells at us.

"You can touch the girls for t'ree seconds an' everybody knows et! It's industry standard there's a t'ree second rule!" Cassidy yells back.

"Look we were just havin' a bit of fun and you told us to distract 'em anyways and it worked! Well.... for the most part," I clap back.

"You guys got a lady shot!" Tulip yells quietly.

"No we didn't shoot anybody that was Douglas, not me! That big fat—" Cassidy starts.

"Enough!" Jesse interrupts, "we've been over it, lets go to bed."

Jesse hands me keys and Tulip takes the other set out of his hands and storms off. Jesse sighs and follows her. I unlock the door to our room while Cassidy stays back and whispers to Preacher about what he found. It turns out we're on his trail, but Jesse seemed irritated and didn't say anymore after Cassidy tried to apologize.

When he walks in I begin running the shower, "so much for two beds huh?" I laugh.

"You know it's quite cold in here anyways, t'ink we'll have to cuddle up just to be a little warmer tonight!" he says, hopeful that I'll agree with him.

I laugh again, "whatever Cassidy."

Before I go to shut the door to the bathroom Cassidy catches it, "look," he starts, "I feel real bad about messin' this up for Padre."

"I know, so that means no more foolin' around," I say with a serious look on my face.

I poke him in the chest causing him to back up a little. "No no I didn't say that!" he begins.

"I'm just messin' with you Cassidy, but I feel bad too. So no messin' around unless we're allowed to!" I say with a shrug.

He laughs at me, "you know... I t'ink were allowed to right now."

I sigh, shake my head at him, and then shut the door. I'll be damned if I do anything with him tonight, I don't have time for relationships! I have some serious soul searching to do.

I strip out of my tight loose jeans and turtle neck and get in the shower. With a sigh of relief, I try to remember the last time I took a shower, but something crosses my mind again.

"She sure is Jodie," another man says with a grimacing smile on his face.

Jodie.

I need to figure out who these people are. Frankly, I've been ignoring it lately. But trying to have a normal night is becoming more of a task for me. I need to talk to Jesse again.

I come out of the bathroom with a towel on because I left my clothes outside. That's where I find Cassidy flipping through channels in bed with his shirt off. Tattoos? I never knew he had so many. "Hotels never have any bloody channels on here! Only a bunch of Beverly Hills women and jazz. Well... I guess the Beverly Hill girls aren't so bad," he says, tilting his head to observe the girls better.

I giggle and grab my clothes, "I never noticed all your tattoos, Cass."

He looks over at me, noticing I don't have clothes on yet. "They're memories," he says, sitting up, "wanna take a look Dezzy?"

I put up one finger to show that I need a minute to get dressed and walk into the bathroom again.

I come out only a large t shirt and a brush in my hand. I sit on the bed next to him and nod, "okay go."
