(She-said)
As the moving truck finally arrived with a car following behind it I squealed in excitement. I couldn't contain my excitement, finally, someone around my age would be living near me. I won't have to be around the adults listing to them say those big words that I can't understand because I'm only in first grade. It was exciting to finally have someone to dribble the basketball with me at the court, instead of being there alone day after day.
"Honey please. Let them settle in first and relax. Maybe later you can meet him." My mother said to me giving me a stern look. I let out a un-satisfied sigh. I stared out the window at the car waiting for them to hurry up and get out the car so I can finally see how he looks like and then there he was. With his Jade green eyes and his dimples every time he laughed or smiled at what his father said. My blood started pumping even faster and this adrenaline kicked in making we want to pounce out that door and towards him, but I didn't. Instead I looked around, watching them and the way they moved in. It was the normal way but man, that boy was stuck in my head, my eyes always wandered to him without realizing it.
Then he looked at me, no, he was staring at me. I could hear my heart beat faster as our eyes landed on each other, he shot me a side smile, with one dimple showing. This made me smile to the fullest. My cheeks feeling heated, it was a new feeling, a feeling I didn't want to end.
Our gaze was interrupted as my brother pulled the curtain closed.
"Are you back to earth? Mother wants us to help with dinner." I nodded and walked to the kitchen with him filling my thoughts.
That wasn't the last time I saw him, no. I've seen him many, many times more and it was amazing.
What disappointed me was that he was good at soccer, therefor making him on the soccer team. That means he won't play basketball after school with me because he's interested in other sports, and he's always out at practice. At least that's what his father says. His mother is kind to me always happy to help me with anything but his sister, Gemma is the best of them all. She's like my best friend, always hanging out with me filling in for him. She would tell me things about him and happy to give me advice and help me get close to him. She was cool about me having a crush on him.
Each year we would always be in the same class the first day I saw him I let out a huge squeal and hugged him with excitement, the teacher tried to say it as a welcome hug but no, it was more then that. I really liked him and I don't know why but ever since he shot me that smile I couldn't get him out of my head he was all I thought about. The teachers would always sit us near each other in classes and for that I was grateful and actually liked school.
That was almost ruined when Nellie Yuki tried to get in the picture. She was a phase but I knew, oh I knew it was her just making him a target. Harry styles was mine. I knew I had to help him and so I did. I told her to back off and when she didn't, I found a way to make her back off. Let's just say those locks of hair would love the floor better then her head.
I tried to do whatever I can to help him, no matter what it was because he gave me this feeling I never want to let go of. This feeling no ones ever made me feel, and it's driving me insane. That's why I will never stop chasing the playboy, Harry Styles.
