"ASTRID! ASTRID, WAKE UP!" Carson yelled. Astrid was seizing on the floor, white foam flowing from her mouth. Her eyes were rolled back and a smile was spread across her face, as if she were at peace. She even laughed at some points. "Tony she's been seizing for ten minutes now, what the hell are we gonna do?" Carol asked. Bruce and Tony hurried back over with supplies. "Well, we're in outer space on a space ship with no medical supplies, the most we can do is sit her up straight so she doesn't choke on the foam." Thor set up his daughter as he held her in his arms. Electricity sparked from her body, shocking anyone who touched her. "She's still shaking Stark!" Thor yelled.

Carson shook his head and decided to take matters into his own hands, literally. He may have just met her, but he'd herd every story about her ever, how her and her friends fought to save the world. He cared about her and he couldn't just let her die in his arms in front of her father, her legacy die in a matter of minutes. Everything she stood for, her hopes of being back her friends all gone in a blink of an eye, so he decided to help. "I got this." He said, pressing his hand up against her forehead. The sparks charred his skin and the heat burned his skin. The golden light of his powers flowed from his finger tips to her forehead. "Come on As." He whispered. Everyone had backed up to see what he was going to do, Carol watched her son work his healing magic that he inherited from his late father, it almost brought tears to her eyes.

"Everything's gonna be ok, just come back to me, come back to us." (I love how I'm making a seizure a big deal...) Thirty seconds when by and suddenly, she stopped shaking as her body turned cold. Ten heart racing seconds went by before a gasp of air was heard and she shot up in shock. Everyone rushed over to her, her father still holding her tight. Carson smiled as he sat down with his mother to help regain his strength. Sweat and tears stained Astrid's cold skin as she looked around. "No, no, no. This isn't...it can't be. It seemed so real, I wanted it to be true..." The sobs got louder as she realized that this was indeed her reality and the one she was living in earlier was all in her head.

"It's ok, daughter." Thor whispered to her, but it wasn't. She just continued  to cry until Rocket said that they had landed. The heroes were forced to leave her side so that they could change clothes and get ready for a possible fight. Astrid had a different way of preparing, she thought of the pain. Remembering what Thanos had taken from her fueled her vengeance so that she would be ready to fight. Her powers came when she felt strong emotions, she just needed to feel terrible enough for her to use her powers to their fullest capacity.

"Beautiful planet for a mad titan." Carson smiled. Astrid looked over at him. "Yeah, its great." She was about to return to her thoughts when she heard someone move, she then realized that Carson was next to her now. "What?" She asked him, barely listening. "Stop, stop torturing yourself with the memories of your past. You just had a serious side effect trauma take place and you're treating it like it's normal." He concluded. Astrid scoffed. "No offense, I get that you have some taste of what tragedy and trauma looks and feels like, but one life doesn't equal 4 billion. Those deaths are on my hands man." Carson shook his head. "You can't take all the responsibility, As. You weren't the only one fighting in that war, that burden is for all of you to carry." But the teenager just shook her head. "No, Carson it's better for me to take all of the blame then to let anyone else feel the way I do."

"We all, feel the same way you do. We have this empty hole that needs to be filled, as if we're missing a part that was never there to begin with. All those deaths, that's on all of us, not just you." Astrid was about to say more when her eyes turned white and her head began to hurt, a vision. She hadn't had one in a while, probably due to the massive change in population her visions were fucked up because there was seemingly no future to predict.

Carson was about to call for help but Astrid shook her head as she was over taken by her dream.

Astrid found herself in a bedroom facing a window, well her future self anyway. She was wrapped in a bed sheet and her hair was a mess, as if it had been ruffled by someone's aggressive hands. Present Astrid was focused on her surroundings, where was she? It was so peaceful and serene there, as if she had finally found peace...wait, maybe this was peace. Had they finally saved the world and thus brought back her loved ones? If so then this could be her future with Ben after they brought him back. Excitement filled present day Astrid's heart, this was it, this was her happiness.
