The Battle of Divinus Magia

Amber's POV

We braced for impact and then we heard explosions. I opened my eyes and the guild hall was destroyed completely. I let the force field down, and we see a group of people with matching emblems. I took my swords out, and the guy in the middle said "There's suppose to be only 4 of them , who's the fifth? Regardless, we're here to fight. And I hope you give us a fight." "Oh, you're getting a fight. Why don't we show them what we're made of?" I said. Kay, Bryan and Lo'pho took out their weapons too. I teleported Jakey to the Divinus Magia guild hall to keep him safe. We fought them viciously, but Bryan was at a disadvantage, there was water, which was his weakness. I fought them, and I used lightning and struck the dark guild members, they seemed confused on why my lightning wasn't affecting the Protectors. But regardless, we kept fighting. Lo'pho went to the person on the floating island, I was too busy fighting off the dark  guild. After, I said "I'm leaving this to you guys, I'm bringing backup." I teleported and was at the docks of Divinus Magia. I heard someone say "Amber! What happened?" I turned around and saw Ritchie, Brandon and David running towards me. Then I turned around and saw Mario and Kit. I had slash marks on me and I said "We're getting attacked. A dark guild is currently attacking the Protectors. Kay and Bryan are the only ones fighting, Jakey's unconscious, and Lo'pho is up there fighting Eden. We need to help them immediately, let's go." We ran and Divinus Magia made their grand entrance. After, we split up into groups helping the Protectors. Mario was going to help Kay, Brandon was going to fight off the guy with blue eyes, Kit went to tell the other guild leaders about what happened, David was fighting Josh the water mage, and Bryan had to fight alone until more of Divinus Magia came. Ritchie said to me "Go help Lo'pho, but be careful. I'll point any other Divinus Magia members to help the Protectors." I nodded and then I teleported to the floating island, I see Lo'pho having trouble. I joined the fight and attacked Eden. He said "Oh, I'm glad you joined the party. I'm going to welcome you well." He attacked me, and then made a dragon appear. I said "How did you..?" It started attacking me and Lo'pho, I dodged the dragon and Lo'pho said "I'll take care of the dragon, you deal with him." I nodded and we fought, he managed to hit hard, and he started beating me up. After a while, he used a spell of some sort, and I felt weak just like in my dream. He said "I'll make sure that Grandmaster Johnathan will keep a good eye on you." I knew that there was now a spell circle surrounding me. I tried to fight back, he made sure I was down. Then all the sudden, I heard lightning. I looked behind Eden and saw that the lightning destroyed the canons he had, and then I heard explosions in the castle. Then the island was breaking apart, Eden growled in anger and said "I'll make sure that Grandmaster Johnathan gets you, just you wait." And then he disappeared. The ground below me broke and I started falling, and I was so weak, that I was starting to black out, and then I hit the water. I was sinking and everything around me was turning black, but I saw a glimpse of someone and then it turned black.

Ritchie's POV

After, I used my lightning to destroy the canons, and some explosions came from the island. I saw someone fall and hit the water. I jumped in and used Storm Blink for most of the way and swam, to see Amber sinking. I got to her and then Storm Blinked to shore. After, I carried her to the guild hall, where I used towels to dry her. And then I left her in the hands of the doctors on our island. I went to talk to the prisoner, and apparently he didn't know anything about Eden. So we let him go, but he stuck around. Brandon woke up after an intense fight, and soon we patched everyone up. Kit told Brandon and I that we're going to be expecting Michael and Silver to be at the island with their seconds tomorrow. I told the guild to let the Protectors stay at their places, and then I was the most worried about Amber. Her injuries were serious and I didn't know if she'll make it. Plus, when I did CPR to make sure she's alive, I felt a weird magic aura on her, and I realized that she has a spell circle on her again, but it felt stronger than the last one. But I hoped that this spell circle can be broken easily, because the last one was indecipherable. I just hoped that Michael gets here fast, because his second in command is seriously injured. I was sitting by Amber now, she was still unconscious. I told Brandon to rest since he was still tired from his battle. 

After, I stayed by Amber's side the whole night, I barely had any sleep. She was my main concern right now. When I found Amber, so many thoughts were rushing in my head. I was angry that I couldn't protect her, and I was super worried about her. I didn't know that I could react that fast, like an instinct. I said to myself "Am I in love with Amber? I mean she's cute and so kind. But after what happened to her, I don't think it's best to be in a relationship. I know that Brandon has a bit of a crush on her. I think I like her too, but I don't know. I have mixed feelings about her, and I don't want Brandon and I to fight over her." I didn't know what I was feeling, but soon the doctors came in. They can tell that I was exhausted, and that I barely slept. They told me that they'll check up on her and they forced me to leave, and told me to rest. I looked outside and saw that the sun had risen. So I got out of my chair and then I thanked the doctors again. I went to the docks and saw Michael, Silver, Bren and Dream (Bri) at the docks. They saw me and Michael said "What happened here?" "Well, if you can see the destruction. Eden used canons and destroyed the guest guild hall, which the Protectors and Amber was in at the time." I said. "What happened to Amber? Is she okay?" Michael asked, very worried. "Calm down Michael. She's being treated by the doctors here. And I watched over her the whole night to keep her safe. She's still unconscious, she hasn't woken up. But the thing I'm most worried about is the new spell circle that she has now. From the looks of it, Eden probably gave Amber a spell circle to make her weak enough to not fight back. In the nick of time, I used my lightning magic to destroy the canons which distracted him, and then his floating island fell apart. I managed to get to Amber, but I got to her when she was already in the water sinking deeper. I got to her and carried her to shore, where I did CPR to make sure she's alive. And then took her to the guild hall to get her dried. Now, the doctors are doing everything they can. But I don't know if we can break the spell circle or not. But first, I need to make a plan for today, since the island is kinda flooded and stuff, we need to fix it before it causes even more damage." I said. 

We went to the guild hall, and everyone was there. David said "Ritchie, did you sleep?" "Barely. I was watching over Amber in case of anything. So no. But we need a plan and I want everyone to cooperate." I said. Everyone turned their attention to me and I said "Now that Michael, Bren, Silver and Dream are here. They can help us restore the island back to normal. So I want everyone to be out there, getting the water out and fixing the island. Mario, you're going to block off how the water is getting in. Kit, you're going to help Mario. David, since you're injured, you're going to go around the village and help as much as you can, and you're doing that with Inmo. Bryan, Kay and Lo'pho, help us in any way you can. It'll be appreciated. Bren, you can help Mario and Kit, since you're strong. The rest of us, just help, there isn't anything else we can do, since the island might be swallowed by water." Everyone left except Silver, Michael, Bri, Brandon and I. "Well, let's visit Amber then." I said. We walked to the hospital, and I said "There she is." Michael went closer and was looking at her. Silver said "So we have to wait until she wakes up?" "I'm not even going to try break the spell circle since I know that Michael can do it better." I said. "Well, I can see how strong it is first. And then I can go from there." Michael said. He put his hands on Amber, and then a dark glow came and then revealed the spell circle. Michael said "This is stronger than I was expecting." He used more and I saw that Amber was starting to wince in pain while she's unconscious. Silver wanted to intervene, but I stopped him. "Michael knows what he's doing. I know she's in pain but that's how painful removing a spell circle is." I said to Silver. He looked like he wanted to throw Michael out the window, but calmed down after Bri talked to him. After a couple minutes, Michael fell onto the floor, I went to check on him and he said "That was a lot of mana I used, but I managed to save her. We just have to wait till she wakes up." We decided to leave her.

I saw that the guild leaders left Amber alone. I smiled and said "Well, I guess it's time to initiate the plan."
