Dating a Devil Slayer...

Weeks later...

Amber's POV

Ritchie and I decided to tell Brandon about this, since he looked at us suspiciously whenever we were at the guild hall. I felt like he knew, but at the same time I didn't think he knew. Anyways, we wanted to tell everyone once we were ready, but I felt like everyone got the message. I mean, Ritchie forced David to do Dodge the Lightning Bolt because he took off his shirt in front of me, and the other day where Ritchie used his lightning magic to David because David was trying to get me inside his house. After that, I think David got the message, but I think everyone else did too. I told Colin that I was dating Ritchie, but I told him to not tell anyone. Now, I'm waiting for Ritchie to come down. He was getting Brandon so we can tell him and the rest of the guild. The guild were waiting in the guild hall. Kit asked me "What's going on?" "You'll see. Ritchie has some news and he wants all of us here." I said. Then Ritchie came downstairs with Brandon. Ritchie said "Okay, I'm glad everyone could make it here. So I called this meeting for a special reason. If you guys didn't get the message, Amber and I are dating." "Wait, What?!?!" Everyone said in unison. "You with our guild master?" David asked. "Yeah, I didn't think he liked me. He confessed to me a couple weeks ago. I didn't think this relationship would work until a few days ago." I said. "Well congratulations brother. I didn't think you'd be able to find someone to love." Brandon said. "Thanks, Brandon. I didn't think I would. But I'm glad I did. As you saw for the last few weeks, I've been kinda protective over her. Sorry...it became an instinct when I rescued Amber from drowning during the attack on the island. I mean that's the only reason I brought you guys here. I apologize for that, I just thought I should tell everyone." Ritchie said.  After everyone went their way, and Ritchie came to me. He said "That was good to get it off my chest. How are you?" "I"m good. I'm going to talk to Mario, so I'll be back." I said. "Alright. I'll see you later." He said. I went to find Mario. I saw him talking with Lucas and Kit. 

I said "Mario! Can I talk to you?" "Um, sure. You can join our conversation. I wanted to talk to you too." He said. I walked up to them and then Mario asked me "Do you have any connections with dark guilds?" "Yeah I do, you can thank my parents for making that possible." I said. "Wait... you have connections with dark guilds? And you're a second in command? Do they know?" Lucas asked. "Oh yeah. Well not everyone. Most people know about who I am. Anyways, I can give you as much details on a dark guild as I can. After all my parents were the dark guild leaders of the most evil guild, The Destroyers." I said. Lucas looked at me with shock and said "You're a Fire aren't you?" "I didn't think anyone else knew that name. But yeah, my last name is Fire. That's how I end up in jail, by telling people that I'm a Fire." I said. "Well we're not like those other people. Anyways, do you have info on a dark guild that used to control an Earth Dragon Slayer back then?" Mario said. "Hmmm, I think I remember a dark guild that did. But I can assume that the Earth Dragon Slayer was you, Mario?" I asked. "Yeah it was me. I couldn't fight back. How long will it take for you to give me the info?" He asked me. "I can give it to you now. You see, while I was in the dark guild, I made notes on any information on any dark guilds that may or are a threat. And I managed to steal some of the info after leaving the guild as well. And even now, I'm still gathering as much info as I can about the dark guilds. I wrote it in separate books because there's a lot to write about for a dark guild. Umm, let me see if I still have it. Here it is." I said. I pulled out a book and gave it to Mario. He opened it and said "These look really detailed. You could work for Grandmaster Johnathan and it'll make it easier to protect the city." "Well, I do my best. Also, give it back to me when you're done." I said. "Alright, I will. Thanks for the info. I'll make sure to give it back to you." Mario said. I went back to the guild hall, so that I can just rest. I went back to the gardens because they were a good place for me to enjoy the peace. I saw David walking around the gardens talking to the flowers. I knew he loved flowers, so that's one reason why he and I are good friends. I walked towards David and I said "Hey, David. How's the flowers?" "They're good! I was just talking to them about some things but I'm done now." I liked how nice and how adorable David is when we talk about the flowers. I've seen him cuddling flowers in the garden. And it was adorable, even thought he takes off his shirt and acts differently than when he's not around his flowers. David and I decided to walk around town talking about the GMG. After, I went back to my room and I found a letter there. I opened it and saw it was the match ups for the second round of the GMG. I was so excited. I decided to find Ritchie and Brandon. I went to them and said "I'm going to guess that both of you are together for the team battle." "Yup. You guessed correctly. You should return to your guild for this. So you and Colin can go back home. I'll see you soon, beautiful." He said. I blushed a bit and said "I'll see you soon, my little devil slayer." Ritchie started blushing and he was flustered. He said "Amber! Don't call me that!" I giggled and then I went to pack and then find Colin. I found Colin and then told him that we're going back to Grimshade. So we went back to pack our stuff and then we went to the docks, where Divinus Magia watched us Shadow Teleport. After we made it back to Grimshade. We went to the guild hall and there was the rest of the guild. I sat down beside Bren and Colin and then Michael came out telling us about the rounds for the GMG. So the team ups were...

After he told us that we're going to eventually try to get more people so we can compete with Divinus Magia with good members. After he dismissed us. Michael came to talk to me. I said "Hey Michael. As you can see, I'm back to normal. And I'm dating again." "Congrats Amber! Who are you dating now?" Michael asked. "I'm dating Ritchie. He confessed his love to me and I was around ready for a new relationship. Also if you need new members, my kids can become the new members. They always wanted to join a guild." I said. "But they would have to meet the expectations like being an assassin or other things like that." He said. "My kids are happy with whatever guild they decide to choose, but I think they have a soft spot for this guild. So they'll choose this guild over the others. Come on Michael, give them a chance. And if you believe they aren't fit, I'll be sure to ask the other guilds." I said. "Are you sure, Amber? Your kids are pretty young to join, but if you believe they're ready I won't stop you. They still have to start at C rank. Is that alright?" He said. "Yeah, that'll be fine. And they won't be in this year's GMG since they just joined. I'll get their guild marks soon. I'm going to go tell them the news." I said. I went to find my kids who were with Bren. He said "Amber! What're you here for?" "Well, I'm here to tell the kids that they're going to be in Grimshade now. Don't worry Bren, I know they're ready." I said. "Well I hope they are. So are you here to give them their marks?" He asked. "Yeah. If you want to help, sure." I said. He nodded and then we went to work. I sat down with my daughter Lily while Bren was doing Ash. After a while, I said "I'm done. Do you like it?" She went to the mirror and said "I love it!" Her mark was on her left shoulder, and Ash's mark was on his right shoulder. It was kinda ironic that both of them had their marks on the opposite shoulder. Since they're twins and then I told Bren that he doesn't have to take care of them anymore, but he insisted on taking care of them. So I kissed my kids goodnight and then went to sleep.
