The Pillar

I remember when I was a child

All the heroes and superman in the story is my father

My very own pillar

So strong

So unshakeable

I remember depending on him all the time

Seeing him fix what I can't

But now, seeing him so thin and fragile...

It shook me to the core

For once, I realize that my father is a human

And he can be taken away at anytime

Suddenly, the world is more cruel than it used to be
