Bittersweet Memoir [Previously Dear Heart, Why?]

I wish I realized what I had back then

When you loved me so

And I loved you less

Seeing the new you feels so wrong

Where is that warm smile everytime you look at me?

Where is that blush everytime we touch?

You told me that you won't ever give us up

Because you have tasted what real feels like

And I know I have no right to say this

But I am here, walking aimlessly because I simply cannot let go of our past

If our story is truly over

Then why am I here writing pages?

If our love has truly vanished

Then why am I here holding our roses?

And when the sun goes down

I am left on my own

Half a heart

Half a soul

So I made this last night, I was feeling so happy but I can't make a happy poem even if my life depended on it😩 so I made a sad one and pretend that it is a happy poem
