Morning struck as the golden glow from the blinding sun sneered in through the transparent glass panes of the windows. Sohye murmured turning in her sleep as the sun shone on her face awakening her from her deep slumber. She groaned not wanted to open her eyes and get up as she attempted to hug something. Eventually she had grasped onto Taehyungs shirt without realization and had forcefully pulled him closer, snuggling in closer to him. Taehyung was caught by surprise when he got hauled over closer. His heart thumped uncontrollably against his ribcage as he stared down at Sohye sleeping soundly against his chest. His cheeks glowed with a rosy pink tint. His arms went around her holding her tight, wanting to savour the soft warm feeling he got when she was close by.
Sohye felt herself finally open her eyes after a while. She squinted when being met with the golden rays. One of her hands attempted to go up and cover her eyes from the light but she hesitated when someone entered her eyesight. Her mouth opened gaping as her eyes went wide; flustered. Taehyung stared down at her his arms pinned down by her head. His hair came down covering his eyes again roughly. The sun shining in created a different glow on him, illuminating him as if he was a god. It created a completely opposite affect then when the pale moon glared at him. His skin seemed to glow, his hair soft and fluffy- the colour of a chestnut. His eyes glowed with an unknown passion as he held eye contact with her through his hooded bangs.
"Tae," Sohye breathed out her eyes shining with the reflection of the sun.
"Morning." He whispered, his voice rough but calm.
"Did you have a nice sleep?" He asked. Sohye was on the brim of drowning his is deep morning voice. She didn't dare speak, afraid she'd lose it if she did so all she could do was nod. He cracked a smile before sitting up and moving off her, ruffling his morning bed hair.
Sohye sat up too, pulling the blanket with her.
Then her eyes went wide with realisation as she turned towards his bedside inspecting his clock.
"We're gonna be late!" She screamed scrambling out of bed. Taehyung chuckled before hopping off and following her out the door. His smile fell however when hearing her next whispers.
"Ah shit, and I'm walking with Jimin today too." She whispered hurrying to slip on her shoes by the door. Taehyung leaned against the door stopping her from leaving. She looked up her eyes worried and frustrated that she'd be late. He pushed his hands into the pockets of his pants as he tilted his head to the side mockingly.
"Why are you in such a rush?" He asked even though he already knows why. Sohye sensed a cold gust of wind fly through the room and Taehyungs gaze upon her immediately changed. Her hands started shaking again as her eyes sunk with fear once again. Those psychotic eyes stared down at her with that teasing smirk.
"I ne-need to g-get ready to go to s-school." She managed to whimper out, trying to finally stand up for herself. Taehyung smirked and chuckled to himself. He then broke out into a horrifying laugh staring down at his pray. He was the wolf and she was the little lamb, there was nothing she could do.
"Taehyung please let me go. I really need to go. I need my education so please," She dropped her knees as she clutched her chest and hung her head low in shame for herself and her self pride.
"Please." She whispered, her lips wavered and she bit on it in an attempt to keep it from quivering and crying.
"You're such a pathetic slut." He growled staring down at her before stepping around her and slamming the door shut to his room.
Sohye was afraid to lift her head as the words that slipped from Taehyungs lips slid into her ears and paralyzed her while it filled her brain. Her body was shivering with an indescribable feeling. Her hair swung by her side covering her face as she quietly tried to calm herself down. With shaky hands she reached out for the metallic doorknob, twisting it and pulling it open.
"Sohye?"
A voice made Sohyes eyes shoot wide open as she raised her head up from the floor and stared towards her where the male voice came from. Her eyes stared towards the male in shock as she stammered for words wanting to explain the situation, but before a gasp could even exit her mouth he raced towards her.
"Are you ok?" He asked inspecting her and holding her hands tight in his, reassuringly. Sohye cracked a gentle smile-touched by how kind and considerate this man was. She nodded wanting to pull her hands out of his but unable to.
"What happened? Why were you there? Did he do anything to you?" He bombarded her with questions as his eyes projected utter worriedness.
"I'll explain later." She says ultimately escaping his warm hands and moving in the opposite direction towards the small door of her tiny apartment complex. She opened the door and stepped to the side offering Jimin inside but he reject with a gentle smile and a shake of his head.
"ok then, I'm so sorry by the way. We're gonna be late because of me. I'm sorry I'll try to hurry." She says throwing the most sympathetic look she can towards him. He chuckles shaking his head.
"It's fine, just hurry up now."Jimin leaned against the cracking walls next to Sohyes' door as he glanced towards Taehyungs door in curiosity. His eye brows slowly frowned as he began to fall deep in his thoughts. However his swarm of likely misconceptions were shattered when the door he'd been inspecting so diligently opened. Out stepped Taehyung in his messy uniform. At first he didn't seem to notice Jimin and Jimin decided it'd be better that way and so tried to keep quiet but that failed after he locked his door. Taehyung turned around, his back hunched slightly after stuffing his hands with his keys into his school pants. His backpack swung loosely on one shoulder as he was about to make his way down the stairs. But, Jimin leaning against the wall caught his eye as he stopped walking and tilted his head towards Jimin slightly; taking a good glance at him before turning around completely to face him.
Jimin raised an eyebrow towards Taehyung as they had a vicious stare off.
"What are you here for?" Taehyung asked finally breaking the silent wall between them.
Before Jimin could answer however, the door right beside him clicked open and out stepped a formally dressed Sohye. Both boys turn towards the oblivious female who'd turned around and tried to lock her door. Her straight, dark hair swung in her face trying to distract her from locking the difficult door. She pushed her hair behind her ear smoothly and they got a good view of her face in deep concentration. Her eye brows drew together as her tongue peeked out slightly from between her lips. Her uniform looked properly pressed and worn neatly, a completely different contrast to the two boys secretly admiring her right then. Upon finally locking up she happily jumped and squealed in delight. Her glee filled eyes turned around, ultimately facing the two males. The happiness in her face drained however once reaching Taehyungs face.
She stood next to Jimin staring towards Taehyung.
"You asked me what I was doing here, right? Well, I'm here for her." Jimin says smirking towards Taehyung and nodding towards Sohye. But during that brief moment neither of them were paying attention towards him as they were both lost in each others eyes; their minds swirling with their own thoughts.
Sohyes ears ringed with Taehyungs last words before she'd left him as his eyes glowed with a sense of betrayal and she felt her heart ache; beating her up for indirectly hurting him like this.
He deserves it.
