Soon enough the girls ran out of things to throw at her and scoffed looking down at her head hanging low. One of the girls walked forwards not saying anything before kicking her down so she's kneeling before them all pathetic and weak. Another girl came to her side and pulled at Sohyes hair so that everyone could see her face. Her eyes were puffy and red; swollen from crying, stinging and tired from all the crying. Her face was puffy and her lips were red and swollen from biting down on them to keep them from quivering. The girl tightened her grasp on Sohyes hair as the other girls joined them. The center girl that had kicked Sohye down, grabbed a hold of Sohyes face squashing her cheeks together-catching her off guard and causing her teeth to harshly graze the inside of her cheeks creating open wounds in her mouth. The blood dripped onto Sohyes tongue forcing her to take in the unpleasable irony taste.
"Ew. How could you even seduce a troll let alone boys with that ugly face?" She spat right into Sohyes face.
"Gross." She says before shoving Sohyes face away harshly. The girl behind her let go of her hair so her head went flying to the side causing her to fall onto the ground. Everyone around was just watching this all happen. No one was doing anything. Not a single movement.
"Look, you're so weak and pathetic. How could anyone possibly want anyone as unpleasing as you?"
"Tch, I don't have time for this. If I fail the bloody exam this year because I had to deal with you being a thot and trying to seduce my boyfriend I'm not gonna let you off." And with that they were gone. The big gloomy shadows hiding Sohye away from the sun were gone. All she could partly hear now were faint mumbles and gossip. Her hearing was fading in and out and when she finally decided to raise her head up her vision was blurring like she was on some big ride that just kept spinning and spinning till everything turned into a giant whirlpool beneath her feet.
Nevertheless she bought all her strength together and pushed herself up off the concrete. Her legs her shaking, her arms and hands quivering. She felt weak and tired. Hopeless and alone. She turned around not spearing the blurring school students another glance before finally stepping pass the school gates.
But her misery doesn't end there. One foot out the gate is followed by a massive kick from the back. A small nearly inaudible surprised screech passed her chapped lips as she felt herself lunge forward with the force. She technically flew across and hit the concrete. Her chest hit the pavement with a thud as she felt like she'd vomit out all her organs. Her chest tightened as she felt a pain before coughing. The cough was weak but when opening up her eyes again she saw big splotches of red blood in front of her. Her vision was very blurry now. Too blurry for her to even be able to make out the way back home. Her breathing hitched as her tubes for oxygen felt like they stopped working. Her body was in so much pain it was becoming unbearable. Her limbs continued to shake as her chest ached from the inside. Her knees were badly grazed and as she attempted to get up she smeared some more of her blood onto the cold pavement.
"If my girlfriend breaks up with me because of those damn rumours I'm gonna kill you myself!" A guy yelled.
Rumours? What? I don't even know what the fuck is going on at this point.

Through staggery steps and dripping blood. Pass glares and pitiful stares. Sohye ultimately made it to the sanctuary of her apartment complex. She entered through the doors and limped towards the elevator only to find a sign outside that says it's currently getting repaired. Through a shaky sigh she took small and slow steps towards the stairs. She wobbled up like an eighty year-old grandma.
By the time she'd reached her destination and got her keys out her body was weak beyond her mind could control. Just as she was holding her keys to her door about to slip it in the keyhole her hand gave out. Another helpless sigh escaped her lips as she again felt tears well up in her eyes. Her knees hurt with every movement she did. About mid-way down-bending her knees to reach her keys which seems like an easy task for anyone- her legs began to shake intensly. Before her fingers could even brush her keys however someone else walked along and scooped them off the floor. Caught off guard and absolutely flustered, Sohyes legs finally gave out causing her to fall. But her butt didn't touch the floor as the person who'd picked up her keys before was now also supporting her up. Holding tightly onto her waist with one hand. She felt the persons muscle flex under the weight of her own body. The person gripped onto her tight heaving her up so that she was leaning completely against them now. They didn't say anything as they grabbed the keys and quickly slotted it into the hole unlocking the small door. Sohye turned her head slightly curious as to who would be so kind as to help her right now. She looked horrendous and had food all over her uniform. She was a bloody mess. Both literally and figuratively.
Her eyes widened as she stared at the man, her vision slowly coming back. She didn't recognize his face at all. He dragged her inside and sat her down as if this was his apartment. He wandered around into her kitchen and easily found a glass of water, he knew the place like it was the back of his palm. He was quiet and reserved. Even when he helped her he didn't say a thing. He just stepped in and helped. Sohye wanted so badly to talk to him. To ask him why he helped, who he is, how he knows her tiny apartment so well. But at the same time she also wanted him to leave the apartment, to pretend as if this never happened, to just leave her alone. The awkward atmosphere in the room only rose as the tape turned off. He walked towards her gently placing the glass in front of her and without another, Sohye took it and gulped down every last drop. Still her mouth was dry and the metallic taste stained her tastebuds.
"Are you ok?" His deep voice sounded in the small space. His eyes were locked with her puffy ones not letting go of the eye contact. His Korean had some sort of distinctive accent to it but it wasn't major. Just a small accent.
Sohye was awestruck. Her vision was starting to kind of clear up as she could now make out the males features. Her mouth was still try and her tongue felt weak and unable to form words so all she could do was nod.
"Ok. I'm the new neighbour that just moved in," He bows greeting her for the first time.
"If you need me, I'll be the third door along the corridor." He winked towards her before standing up and dusting off his jeans. A small smile and the lingering smell of his cologne was all he left behind as he slipped pass the small door, nearly hitting his head on the door frame.
"Wai-" She finally managed to whisper out, but the door was already closed.
Who is he? What's his name? And damn was he tall.
She though to herself. She was so touched by this one male who was probably only helping her to get her out of the way. He probably doesn't care about her at all.
Sohyes troublesome thoughts began to take over again, invading her temporary clear and happy mind. Her hands began to get clammy as her head began to spin and she felt dizzy again. The words spoken to her from those girls previously circled her mind and ate away at all her existing thoughts. Those toxic words and phrases grew larger and stronger as it feasted on more and more of those very limited positive thoughts that she possesses.
She felt a strong headache coming her way as her vision blurred again. The pain spread itself throughout her body once more. Nevertheless Sohye got up and walked towards the door, bumping into everything here and there. She checked the door making sure it was locked before sliding down the door clutching her knees close to her chest. She rested her chin on her knees and let it all out. She cried with the tears she had left, letting out all her bottled emotions.

She cried and cried unable to stop the ever-flowing waterfall of salty tears streaming down her face. Her mind swirled with the reoccurring events that happened. It replayed in her head like an annoying horror movie that she wanted to dreadfully get rid of. The scene where she walked in and saw it on the board, the scene where her friend betrayed her straight away, the scene where her crush and enemy laughed together at her suffering, the scene where the whole school gloomed and turned against her. She felt so alone and cold right now. So exhausted and lost. Her eyes her beyond exhausted from crying and before she knew it her eyelids were falling and she didn't even try to stop it.
At least I don't have to take my sleeping meds.
