I got Balto for Chavez for his birthday and the are close just me and Custer. Balto is very protective of Chavez he doesn't let Steve any where near Chavez. Balto loves Chavez just like John does and the rest of us regulators. It was Balto who lead me to Chavez. and he has never left Chavez's side I have been sitting by Chavez's bed side and Balto has been laying on the foot Chavez's bed watching over both Chavez and myself and Custer is laying at my feet. Balto guards Chavez with his life and that is what John wants for all of us a guard dog to keep us safe from those Murphy and Dolan boys. and to keep us out of trouble. But I think that Balto will do that for Chavez. one of those Murphy and Dolan boys said that I will end up becoming a no good outlaw who will never live pass his 21st birthday. that maybe true about me but I know that Balto won't let that happen to Chavez. But I know with Balto around Chavez's future is good but my future isn's a good one. when I bought Balto from Alex told me that he is very loyal and protective and Alex is right about that and Chavez can't ask for anything better than Balto is. And when Chavez woke up both me and Balto was right there with him.
