today is the day of John's Halloween party it is going to be fun. and me and Chavez have our girls with us Hannah and Summer Wind. I know that it will be fun. but as soon as my fun start the ghosts of my past come to haunt me. the bad memories of my stepfather and Cahill. I leave the party and go down by the river I sit there and soon I get lost in my bad memories I that I didn't notice Chavez and Hannah and Summer Wind come and sit down beside me and comfort me Chavez tells me that it is going to be alright that they are just bad memories and that they can't hurt me so don't let them scare and hurt me. Summer Wind rubs my back and tells me that the bad memories will never hurt me and that her people have away to forget the bad memories. she says an Nez Perce prayer to get rid of my bad memories. I smile as she takes my shaking hands says the prayer Chavez and Hannah join to help her get rid of my bad memories forever. but me nothing is forever but my family. we go back to the party to have a good time. and now it is story telling time. Chavez tells his story.
