I want to look up at the sky
Or stare at the bare sea
Both bright with life
But still hold such great mystery
They keep dying at the hands of us
Each time I look closer they seem darker
And their colors getting farther and farther
The life once so bright
Dying in such plain sight
All out fault
But at last what is not ours
Humans we create
We also make
But we also bring things to their fate
Death at the hands of us
We just turn a blind eye
Until it a big enough problem
Then it ride or die
Such a nice thing we do
We do it to oceans
And to plants
Even to our own sky
Are trees are lakes
Are animals and pets
Like it is such a must
But of course
We also do it to us
