And sit at the table my dad brings me a plate of chocolate chip pancakes "thank you dad" I say as he walks away "you're welcome Rosie" I laugh and start stuffing my face with pancakes "so Rose can you believe you're twelve" my mom asks "it doesn't feel any different" she laughs and hugs me "have you picked out what you wanna wear" my dad asks "no not yet" I say before shoving more food in my mouth "how are the pancakes" my dad asks "amazing thank you" he smiles and kisses my cheek before going back upstairs to get dressed "mom Leo shit his pants" Luna screams from outside "never mind it's just dirt" my mom looks at me and we both fall to the floor laughing "I'm gonna go get dressed I say" and hop out of my chair before running upstairs
