Stephen was always insecure and sensitive. He hated how he looked. He always look in the mirror. It never lies Stephen thought. Until Tony came into his life.

Tony was a supportive (yet a douchebag) boyfriend. He always hugged Stephen, give him kisses, love, and support. He always tell Stephen that he is beautiful just the way he is. He loved him so much.

Until one day, Stephen and Tony made love.

After their beautiful passionate sex. Stephen started to get sick. Why? He was always throwing up, Moody, cramps, and cravings. Tony was out with the Avengers for a meeting and Stephen went to the store and got a pregnancy test. Let's take the shot.. he thought and paid for it and returned home and took the test. After doing his business, he looked at the test.

Positive

Stephen looked at the two lines.
"No..no no no!" He freaked out. He shook his head and took a deep breath and looked at the two pink lines again. He put the test down and lift his shirt up. He whimpered softly. He put his shirt down and teared up. He felt like Tony didn't want him.

"Steph!! I'm home!" Tony's voice came from Downstairs. Stephen quickly grabbed the test and put it in his pocket and walked to Tony. "H-hi tony.." he said softly. Tony smiled and hugged him. "How is my beautiful baby doing?" He asked. Stephen blushed. "I-I'm Okay.." he lied. Tony looked at his boyfriend concerned. "You're stuttering, what's wrong? Is it your insecurities?" Tony asked. Stephen shook and showed him the test and teared up. Tony's eyes widen and he hugged him softly. "Ssh...it's okay.." Tony comforted the Wizard. He took him to the bedroom and sing him lullabies, Whispered sweet nothings, telling him it's gonna he okay, and more. Stephen was happy that someone finally supported him and helped him.

Months later, his pregnancy got bigger. The baby was kicking. Tony would always smile and kiss the baby bump and talk to it. Tony even surprised Stephen with a big nursery which lead Stephen to cry with happy tears.

One faithful day, Stephen was sitting on the couch reading a book when he felt someone wet down his pants. He looked down and saw that his water broke. The baby was coming. He screamed Tony's name. Tony knee that was his cue and brought the baby supplies and took Stephanie to the hospital (also almost getting them into an accident from speeding the damn car)

Christine saw them and also knew that was her cue. Her and nic took them to a room and changed his clothes and laid him on the bed. Stephen screamed as the contractions were getting stronger. As the doctors settled everything. Tony held Stephen's hand for support. Stephen squeezed it tightly.

"Okay Strange, PUSH!" Nic yelled. Stephen screamed and pushed. He felt his area on fire and blood gushing out. He was in so much pain. "I CANT DO IT!" Stephen cried. "YOU CAN DO IT BABE! JUST PUSH!" Tony screamed. Stephen nodded and smiled at his boyfriend and screamed as he pushed hard as he can. "I see the head!!" Nic smiled like an idiot. "Keep pushing!!!" He encouraged. Stephen pushed and finally, it was over. He panted and couldn't stay awake. He laid on the pillow and closed his eyes knocking himself out.

He woke up and looked around. He looked on his left and saw Tony carrying a beautiful baby boy wrapped in a blue blanket. He smiled tiredly at them. "You did it Stephen.." Tony whispered in tears and showed him the beautiful baby. Stephen teared up and put his arms out. Tony nodded and gave them the baby. "What should we name him?" Tony asked. Stephen thought about it but finally knew.

"Peter Parker."

He smiled at his boyfriend. Tony smiled and nodded and they got their birth certificate. They were finally a family..

A year later, Tony and Stephen were happily married and still had their child Peter. Everyone was happy for them and loved the new addition to the avengers family. Tony and Stephen were still in love and it felt just like yesterday. Stephen was getting better. He was still insecure but tried his best to become happy. (Which worked)
