It wasn't like she wanted to fall asleep in English the next day, and it was nothing towards Mr.Coulson. In fact, it was because of Netflix. It's all Netflix's fault, she finished one episode and the next just starts playing and she is in an endless cycle. So when Mr. Coulson looked at her angerly she really didn't think it was her own fault.

"Miss Romanoff," He said and Natasha lazily raised her head.

"Yes?" She asked raising an eyebrow.

"You can not sleep in my class." he started

"No I really can't if you are gonna be so loud," She said, with a small smirk. She heard a soft chuckle next to her, seems Steve was the only one listening to her conversation with the teacher.

"Miss Romanoff I would really hate to send you to the office on your first week here. There are certain procedures you have to follow."

"Trust me I know. I am just tired."

"Maybe you should go to sleep earlier and not sleep during my class. I am sure the Principle would not care for you turning up at his office." He gave her a knowing look. "Are we clear?"

"Cristal." She smiled while Coulson shook his head and went back to the front of the class. Weren't teachers students once? When did they all get so uptight? Natasha sighed and looked around the class, there were other people sleeping! why wouldn't he let her? She rolled her eyes and as her eye traveled back they saw what her partner was doing, it seemed he was drawing. "What are you doing?"

Steve quickly moved a bunch of papers over his drawing before she could see and pretended like he wasn't doing anything. Natasha raised her eyebrow at his actions.

"Are you okay? Do I need to call you a doctor or something?"

"What? No. I am fine you startled me thats all." He said, his face was almost as red as her hair.

"You know only the ones who have something to hide are so nervous." She said.

"I am not hiding anything." He said, but not too convincingly.

"Right, go ahead Rogers keep your secrets but just know that secrets have a way of coming out." Natasha turned back to the board and Steve just sat there awkwardly shifting in his chair. Natasha smirked.

"Okay class, I am going to assign you in groups for your first assignment, I want to understand your levels of English Literature and I want to pick a book and analyze it."

It was only the second day of school. Why in hell were they going to start a lesson? She needed time to adjust... well she just didn't want to do anything.

"Okay so groups will be made up of four, we have Jessica, Luke, Matt, and Danny. Reed, Ben, Johnny, and Susan. Wong, Stephan, Yoa, and Christine. Alex, Gerty, Chase and Nico and lastly were have Natasha, Sam, Wanda, and Steve." She saw Steve side glance over at her but ignored it. "Okay, guys go meet with your group and pick a book."

Natasha moved in her chair to look at Steve as if studying his every move.
"Yes?" Steve asked.

"You're are a weird one Rogers, first you and your friends act like complete jerks and now you're all shy? Doesn't make sense."

"Doesn't have to." He shrugged. "But I am not like my friends I do feel bad about what happened Natasha. I am not that kind of guy."

"They all say that." She muttered and then a guy and a girl came walking up to them.

"Stevie," Smiled the man.

"Sam," Steve said. "Glad we can work together."

"You two know each other?" Natasha asked raising an eyebrow. "What got a whole romance thing going on with him too?" Steve only gave her a confused look.
