Jade's POV

Everyone is anxious about the result of the DNA test. Sandra gave birth to a adorable babygirl. This DNA test will decide whether the baby is Xavier's or not. But the most anxious person between all of us is Xavier. He strongly believes the baby is not his.

"Hey, stop pacing around, you're also making me nervous", I hold Xavier's arm stopping him.

" I'm just nervous, I know it's not mine but what if-", I didn't let him finished his words, "I'll always be with you, don't worry".

Suddenly he hugged me tightly and whispered, " Whatever happens, don't leave please ".

" I promise ", I kissed him on the cheeks.

" Is knight family here? ", suddenly a voice asked.

" Yes, doctor ", Xavier's mother was the first to answer.

Interwinding our hands he turned to the doctor, " The results, doc? "

"Here is it", the doctor said handing him the result paper.

As soon as he opened the paper his eyes became bigger as if something big happened.

" What's the result son? Let me see", his mother snatch the paper from him. "Omg, it's Xavier's child! I have a grand daughter", his mother cry out in joy".

Hearing the world as if my world stopped, everything became blurry. " Jade, Jade are you okay mio Amor? ", Xavier asked hugging me tightly.

Idk why but I am unable to stop the tears from coming out of my eyes. He hugged me tightly chanting apologies as if, if he didn't I would disappear from his grasp.

" That's great news, we got a new heir", Xavier's dad said hugging his wife's shoulder.

"Xavier you should marry Sandra", his mother said. " Leave Jade, now that you have a child you should marry Sandra ". All along Sandra was quietly watching Jade with smug smile.

" Mom, what is wrong with you? ", Xavier asked angrily. " You know that I love Jade, not Sandra. I can't and won't marry Sandra ".

Sandra suddenly started to cry, " Xavier it's your child, how can you be so cruel for this slut", she said crying holding the baby to her child.

She sure can act. She can get an Oscar if she takes acting as a career. But the shock made me too exhausted, so I only watched her.

"Don't you dare Sandra, I'm warning you", Xavier threatened.

" Wuuuuu", Sandra cry out even more. Hearing her cries the baby also woke up and started crying. Everything is a chaotic mess.

"Enough! Xavier a word with you, please", Xavier's mom called him in the other room.

As soon as they left Sandra's crying stopped. She smiled at me smugly and came near me. " I told you, he's mine ", she whispered.

" Let's see", I scoffed.

Suddenly she changed her facial expression, "why are you doing this? ", she cry out and grabbed my hand with her free hand. " My baby deserves to have a family ".

" Let go of my hands ", I jerked off my hands from her grasp but unexpectedly she fell with her baby in hands.

" Ahh", she cry out.

"What the hell are you doing? ", Xavier's mother suddenly barged in.

" Oh now you're trying this dirty tricks? ", I asked looking at Sandra's crying face.

" Shut up Jade ", Xavier's mom pushed me hardly and went to pick up Sandra.

Because of the push I also fell on the ground with a thud.

" Wuuuuu, mom she's trying to hurt my baby", Sandra accused me.

"What? I didn't even push you. You fell on you own", I tried to say but a sudden blow on my face made me stop.

" Mom, what are you doing? ", Xavier asked running down to me.

" Don't ask me ask this bitch ", his mother said accusingly.

" I didn't do it", I tried to defend myself but his mother stopped me, "do you think I'm stupid. I saw you pushing her down",

" She's trying to frame me", now my eyes are also filled with tears.

"Xavier I'm telling you leave this vicious woman and marry Sandra", her mother ordered. " If I didn't see this scene today I would've thought she's a good girl but now I know ".

" Just because this child is Xavier's you can't kill her to be with Xavier ", Sandra accused me.

" Enough Sandra, I believe Jade ", Xavier said silencing her but she cry out even more.

" Mom, see he's siding with this woman instead of his own daughter ", she said looking pitiful.

" Xavier, I really didn't push her", I said looking at his direction.

"Shut up you vicious woman, get out of this house and Xavier you're marrying Sandra", Xavier's mom said.

" Come on Jade, we won't stay here anymore seconds", Xavier tugged me outside. When we were out of their sights he hugged me tightly, "I'm sorry Jade, please don't leave me".

" I won't, promise ", I said kissing him.
