Breezepaw opened his eyes. He jumped to his paws when he realized where he was.

He wasn't in the soft mossy nest of Leaf's den. A green meadow stretched out before him. Orange butterflies fluttered around white flowers. Everything was so bright and peaceful.

Breezepaw jumped when he felt a cat brush against him. He looked beside him and saw Dawnpaw. She looked just as confused as he was.

"You two look lost and confused," a cat meowed from behind them. They both whirled around to see Gingerspot standing before them.

"What's going on? Why did you bring us her?" Dawnpaw immediately started shooting questions at the Starclan she-cat. Gingerspot purred and touched her tail to Dawnpaw's shoulder comfortingly.

"All of your questions will be answered shortly," Gingerspot meowed. A few seconds later Berrysplash and Dustfur walked up to stand beside Gingerspot.

"You have completed the first part of your mission. Now comes the difficult part," Dustfur started. Breezepaw looked to Berrysplash expectantly. "The second and final part of your mission is to tell the clans about what you have discovered. It won't be easy to convince them that this is what Starclan wants," Berrysplash meowed.

"Wait, what are you talking about? We haven't even found two new places for two new clans yet," Breezepaw meowed with panic.

Gingerspot looked into his eyes, "But what you haven't realized yet is that you have. You know where you belong. Look deep inside you and you will find your answer. But you can't go telling the clans about your discovery and message with apprentice names."

Breezepaw looked to Dawnpaw excitedly, knowing exactly what Gingerspot meant. Dawnpaw was slightly bouncing on her paws with excitement.

Gingerspot looked to Breezepaw, "Breezepaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and always listen to Starclan, know matter what circumstance?"

Breezepaw didn't know why she didn't say 'to protect your clan even at the cost of your own life' but he shrugged it off and nodded, "I do."

Gingerspot purred and touched her nose to his head, "Then by the power of all of Starclan I give you your warrior name. May all of the clans now know you as Breezeflight. We now welcome you as a warrior."

Breezeflight licked her shoulder and stepped back to stand beside Dawnpaw. After a few moments Dawnpaw become Dawnmist.

Breezeflight's eyes widened as thousands of starry cats appeared before him, all shouting the new warriors names.

"Breezeflight! Dawnmist!" they chanted. Breezeflight stood tall beside Dawnmist. This was probably the happiest moment of his life.

As he closed his eyes he felt himself slip back into reality. Breezeflight opened his to see himself in Leaf's den once more.

Dawnmist was already up and looking at him with wide excited eyes. "We need to talk," her excited nature suddenly turned serious. "Umm ok," Breezeflight meowed.

Across the den Leaf was sound asleep in her nest. They crept out of the den and squeezed behind the thorn bush. Dawnmist sat down and waited for him to get comfortable.

"I thought about it and I know what Gingerspot means now!" she exclaimed. Breezeflight cocked his head to the side, utterly confused. "I'm confused," he sighed.

Dawnmist pointed to the stream flowing beside them, "When I jumped into the river to save you I knew I couldn't swim. And I was so close to dying that I was terrified. But deep down inside me somewhere I had this voice telling me I know how to swim. And then I just did it. After I swam to the top of the river I felt a new love for the water. A rush of power and longing. I know this may sound stupid but it's true."

Breezeflight thought back to when he was on the moor. "You know what, I feel that way about the moor. When I ran after my first rabbit I felt free and powerful. Like I could run for moons. Back in Sunclan I would always love the feel of the wind in my fur. I guess once I got to the moor it just grew," he meowed.

Dawnmist jumped to her paws. Her greem eyes were wide with happiness. "Breezeflight, do you know what this means!" she meowed. "Umm I don't think this," he mewed.

Dawnmist purred, "Don't you realize. We have found two perfect homes for the two new clans Starclan told us about."

"But we don't know if they will support two new clans. We only know that they fit us," he argued. Dawnmist paused, focusing hard on something.

Then her eyes met his. "I think Starclan wants us to form the new clans. The lead cats who like either the river or the moor. They want us to be the two new clans first leaders!" she gasped.

Breezeflight gaped with astonishment. "Then we have to go back to the clans. Now!"

Dawnmist poked her head out to get a look at the camp. "Get Angel and meet me by the river that borders Sunclan," she meowed.

Breezeflight nodded and took off to find Angel. The hard part was about to start.
