Chapter Eighteen: Again and again...Angel's POV
"We really don't have time for this today," Crystal sighed sassily to the five girls who were in front of us. It was Sunday morning, and once again we had to deal with the Annihilator sending somebody to cause trouble around town.
"Awe, that's too bad, it would've been fun to beat you up," one of the girls said. She had dirty blonde looking hair and looked young.
"You're so annoying," Jasmine said, rolling her eyes.
"Keep rolling them and they'll get stuck like that," the girl taunted.
"Keep talking and you'll get a foot up your ass," Jasmine said, mocking the tone of her voice as she did.
"Ugh, you're a bunch of young brats. I can't wait to see you all die," another girl said as she rolled her eyes. This one had black hair that was straight with bangs.
"Who says we're going to be the ones dying?" Justice asked.
"We did," another said, grinning, and I rolled my eyes. I was tired of these girls already. One, because they made me get up early, two, because they were annoying, and three, because I was starving since I didn't get to eat before dealing with them.
Just end them already.
A voice in my head said. That voice was a mood, although I knew we weren't supposed to kill them. I saw one trying to make a move out of the corner of my eye, and I quickly shot her with fire. The other girls were shocked and came at me, but I shot them all too, leaving them burned and unconscious on the ground.
"Alicia, you weren't supposed to do that!" Jasmine said, and I shrugged.
"Sorry, but they made me mad, and one was about to attack us! Plus, they all were coming after me so I just made it easy. Something just told me to," I said.
"Okay, whatever. As long as they're not dead. You better be able to turn your eyes back though," Justice said and I sighed. She checked to make sure those girls were just unconscious and not dead, and then we left the scene to our spot, then we went home.
"Change your eyes back," Jasmine said to me once we all changed. She stared at me, and I stared at her back as I changed my eyes back to its brown color.
"You didn't change them back, you made them darker," Jasmine stated and I groaned.
"I thought I did. I don't even know how to make my eyes a darker red," I mumbled.
"Well apparently you can, so just change them back to brown now," Jasmine groaned. I felt my eyes change again, and I closed them while taking a deep deep breath.
Chill Angel, just breath.
"You know what, I'm just going to go to my room," I mumbled as I looked at my sister again, then walked off to my room. I don't even know why I got so irritated at that, but I did and I definitely needed time to chill, because I could kind of tell my eyes were really dark red now. I didn't even want to see.
I got to my room, and sat on our little hanging chair while going on my phone. I scrolled through social media for a bit before going to YouTube to find something to watch to calm me down. That quickly got boring, and I groaned out loud. I was bored out of my mind, and I had nothing to do.
My phone started ringing, and I rolled my eyes, thinking it was probably another robo call or something. When I lifted my phone though, it wasn't. I smiled seeing Jisung's name on my phone instead of some random number, and answered the call.
