There's a Lump in My Tail

Suspicions

"I can put that pump back anytime I want...." his voice rang in her ears as she lay in bed thinking about the ankles attached to the calves.

It was gone now, he took it off her after he had given her the release she desperately needed just moments before he left her sitting under the tree. And after washing herself down thoroughly, she had then returned to the hut to sleep, unfortunately his final words had remained with her well into the night and having found so little sleep, she was exceptionally grumpy by the time dawn rolled in along with a grinning phoneix who seemed to have had a very pleasant night.

Thinking about it, there had been many mornings when he had awoken much chirpier than normal, and after what she had witnessed, she now knew why. And this only made her grumpier, because the last thing she wanted in her very tired head, was an image of him and her brother getting it on. She knew they were together of course, yet all this time , they had been sharing bodily pleasure, and while she was under the same roof, made her feel physically ill, only pushing that thought out of her head was made all the more harder when he opened his mouth.

"Oh.... you're awake little kit..." he said in his annoying sing song voice that always followed one such nightly event.

Glaring at him she said nothing seeing as he didn't deserve a response, not after ignoring her plight weeks before, in fact she had been giving him the cold shoulder ever since. If he had removed the lump from her tails, then she would not have stayed so long in the Grove waiting for the ankles to return. Only now that he had taken the lump back, the warning he had given was fast deserting her as she sat up in annoyance.

"Is Zhen Zhen going back to his mansion today?" she asked as a large robe was thrown over her shoulders before rising unsteadily to her feet.

"Hard night?" he asked instead only to quickly duck as a cushion was hurled back towards him.

"I'll have you know, I hardly slept!" she snapped. "In fact, Im going home."

"Uh.... but you can't...." he stammered as she turned towards the door only to stumble herself when he quickly took hold of her arm.

"Oh? And why not?" she asked with suspicion in her eyes at the way he was half chuckling, half begging as if he were once again up to no good.

"It's just that Bai Zhen is heading back as you surmised, and having dug up far too much wine, I need help reburying it before it goes to waste." he wheedled pathetically while nudging her arm playfully which she was certainly not in any mood for.

"Please Xiao Wu....." he batted his eyelashes and coyly swivelled his hips from side to side while making himself look even more suspicious.

"Zhe Yan....." she sighed heavily. She really was tired but when he put on this kind of act, he was very hard to ignore let alone turn down.

"Pweeeethhhhh...." he lisped pathetically against her shoulder which soon saw his head bouncing straight back off again when she stormed towards the door.

"Fine!" she sighed deeper before leading him out of the hut and towards the alcove. If she hurried, she could be back at the den by midday and sleeping the rest of the day away and with no lump in her tails to worry about either, she had no intention of returning to the grove either.

So grabbing hold of the first bundle of wine, she took them to the densest part of the grove where Zhe Yan hid all of his fine wines before taking on her fox form to begin digging. Also joining her briefly was Bai Zhen.

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to dig up so much wine...." he smiled apologetically as he placed a few more bundles of wine on the ground to save her having to go back for more.
