Two Weeks

Soaring high, Ye Hua had no idea where he was taking her, but that he finally had her in his tight grip was too good to be true seeing as he had thought he might have to sneak about the den to get at her.  Now all he only cared about was getting her as far away from the fox den as possible.  Initally he had thought to take her back to his Palace, only he couldn't do that because his return would be immediately registered.  With his wedding about to take place in one months time, the Celstial Heavens was the busiest it had ever been and he would be seen and the last thing he needed was for his own mother to see him.  He looked like hell and he knew it.

Instead, he took her to his private retreat, a place he had never taken anyone other than his star lord and no sooner were they on Mount Junji, then he was almost dragging her towards the steps.

"Ye Hua, let me go.  You don't know my mother, she will...."

"She will nothing Qian Qian.  She has already agreed to a marriage trial and I am allowed to call her mother.  So she won't come looking for you, in fact, I would suggest you save your words for when we return, because Zhe Yan is no doubt filling her in on what you did to him." he scoffed at her before lowering himself to pick her up seeing as she wouldn't walk.

"Put me down!" she squealed as her her body began to writhe and kick to free herself.

"Save your energy my dear, you are going to need it." he laughed as an enormous barrier went up behind him and scaring her witless.

She had no idea where she was and knowing how powerful his barriers were, the need to appease him instantly kicked in.

"Ye Hua.  Don't be mad. I only did it because you tricked me." she whimpered into his neck.

"And now that you know it was really me all this time, your husband, the man who you will be spending the rest of your life with, then you can now remove your spell." he stated flatly.

Every muscle in his body was tense, his steps purposeful as if he had a plan and the determination to see it through and his eyes were fixed squarely on her own as if he were trying to prepare her for what was coming, and suddenly, the thought of appeasing this man died very quickly when his lips thinned out and his large hands roughly drew her closer.

"I can't do that, or you won't have learned anything.  I am within my rights to punish you." she also stated flatly and no longer caring for his swirling dark eyes that glittered dangerously down at her.

Placing her down on his bed, Ye Hua watched as she quickly bounded up onto her knees to glare at him.  

"Let me make myself very clear Qian Qian." He said leaning down over the top of her.  This place is in the mortal Realm, so we can stay here for months and hardly any time at all will pass, so I suggest you do as you are told and remove the spell."

"Well then.  The longer you keep me here, the longer you will suffer." she sniffed at him only to jump back, when Ye Hua leaned in closer.

Shaking his head lightly, Ye Hua chuckled softly down at the large doe eyes that were growing wider by the second.  She might actually get away with what she did to Zhe Yan, but not him.

"Remove the spell.  This is the only chance I am going to give you." he whispered as he drew closer.

"No!"

The chuckle intensified as he slowly stood up and took a step back.  "Stubborness is the source of foolishness." he said softly before taking another step back.  "It is also the first thing I train out of my soldiers, because it is a pointless temperament that only brings strife." he said before turning and stalking out the door while leaving her sitting on the bed confused, apprehensive and uncertain as to what he meant by that not to mention what he now planned to do to her.
