Harry:
Harry doesn't really care if you're holding hands, kissing, etc. in private or public. If one of you is in need of comfort, it doesn't matter to him if the whole world sees.
Ron:
He loves PDA. It makes him so happy to show you off and claim you as his to others.
Draco:
Draco is incredibly possessive and only uses PDA as a defence when someone won't leave you alone. Other than that, he says that no one should get to enjoy your wonderfulness but him.
Fred:
He's not too big a fan of PDA. He prefers your intimate moments of passion to be kept to just the two of you.
George:
He loves PDA. Not because he wants to claim you or show you off, but because he loves that the people around you two are always so supportive and comfortable with it. It reminds him how you're just right for each other.
