Finny, Leah, and the creature are now far away enough from the water before the creature stops moving and catches his breath. He's a slow creature.
Finny: Thanks for helping us. *Jumps off of the creature with no damage* I'm Finny and this is Leah... *Sees that Leah isn't saying anything before laughing nervously*
??? (The creature): My name's Obessey.
???: Are you talking to yourself again...? *Gets out of his shell, yawns, and sees Finny and Leah* Hm!?
Finny: Hi!
???: Hi. *Laughs nervously* Why aren't you kids on the ark???
Obessey: Are you rejects too?
Leah: *Points to Finny* He's the reject, not me!
Obessey: Our presence on the ark wasn't welcome either...
???: Hey! Speak for yourself fatso! That stupid flamingo messed up my paper work!
Obessey: I'm sorry about him, stuck himself on me 2 years ago and he won't get off...
???: The name's Stayput, I'm Obessey's bestfriend. :D
Obessey: You are so annoying...!
Stayput: We joke like this all the time!
Finny and Leah: *Looks at each other*
Obessey: Now I have to share my last moments with a constant chattering back seat driver... *Sighs in disappointment*
Finny: .......... Hm, hey why don't you guys come with us?
Leah: What!?
Obessey: Oh. Most kind of you, but I'm afraid we'll just slow you down...
Stayput: *LIGHTLY and GENTLY smack Obessey's forehead with one of his four tentacles while whispering* Zip it fatso! *Looks at Finny* Don't listen to him! We love to come with you, but where to exactly?
Finny: *Thinks for a moment before seeing a huge and tall mountain* High up *points at the mountain he saw, away from the flood!
Stayput: Good idea!
Leah: *Whispers to Finny* Look at him!
Finny: *Looks at Obessey*
Obessey: <:3
Leah: *Whispers* How is he supposed to get up there!?
Finny: *Whispers to Leah* Come on Leah, they saved us! We can't just leave them here to drown!
Leah: *Grunts in annoyance* Fine, but they're YOUR responsibility! *Walks away from Finny*
Finny: *Looks at Obessey and Stayput before smiling* Welcome to the team!
Obessey: Really? We can come with you?
Stayput: Great! *Whispers to Obessey* See how things go when I do the talking? Let's go!
Leah turns around and sees that it's gonna be awhile for Obessey and Stayput to catch up.
Leah: *Groans in annoyance at this* I don't believe this...
Meanwhile with the griffins
The griffins made two towers and they pushed both of them over and the two towers of rocks became a rocky bridge. Mrs.Griffin taps her toe again one of the rocks and they bent down a tiny bit.
Mrs.Griffin: And that's how they'll go down like a ton of bricks! *Laughs evilly*
Back to Finny, Leah, Obessey, and Stayput
Obessey: *Still follows Finny and Leah* Do you hear that?
Stayput: What?
Obessey: It's... Dead silent.
Stayput: What did you except? We're the only ones here.
Leah: *Hears some pebbles fall* Not the only ones!
Finny: Relax, we're a team now we're safe!
Leah: Well then we don't have anything to worry about, do we?
Finny: Exactly! *Starts walking*
Stayput: Heads up down there grouchy pants, let's keep it moving.
Leah: *Sighs in annoyance and follows Finny*
Finny: It's really cool that you decided to come with us.
Leah: We're all going way, what choice do I have?
Finny: Come on you gotta admit, we make a great team.
Leah: Stop calling us a team! *Walks ahead*
Finny: Oh you are so right! We totally need a team name!
Leah: *Yells in annoyance*
Finny: How about the flood runners or the fearsome four or masters of the mountain?
