Chapter 5

I ran out of the bathroom and went into the den.
I started crying really hard and I couldn't breath I just wanted out if this cruel world
But then I started wondering what it would be like without me?.. would it be better or worse?
Then I snapped back why should I care how others feel when they are the reason I could end my life right now they are the reason my arms are covered in scars and cuts
They are the reason I cry every night!
I didn't realize that I had screamed the last words out loud while the girls were all there including Kaylnn and Dawn
Ugh I thought to myself.
" Who is the reason that you cry every night Kenz?" Chloe asked
Chloe was much more like a sister to me then Maddie I told Brooke, Chlo and Paige everything that I was dealing with but I knew I couldn't tell them about Greg or about me cutting
I didn't want to lose them.
" N-n-nothing no one I was thinking about a movie.." I said I knew she didn't believe me
" Kenzie you can tell me anything" Maddie said as she hugged me but I pushed her away
" No I can't and you know that!" I yelled at her
" Chlo can I just go home with you tonight?" I asked
" Yea my mom won't care and you still have clothes from the other day so you don't even need to stop at your house" Chloe told me
" K Maddie tell mom I'm staying at Chloe's for a few nights I'll be home tomorrow to get new clothes" I told Maddie
" Ok. mind if I come with you" Maddie asked us
" Well Brooke and Paige are probably gonna come too and I'm sure Christi doesn't wa- with Clara being so little she doesn't like too many people over at once sorry" I didn't even make sense she knew I was lying to her but oh well she has lied to me plenty of times.
Christi came into the den telling Chlo they had to go
" Mom Kenz is gonna stay a couple nights cool?" Chloe asked
" Yeah c'mon Kenz" Christi said as she touched my shoulder.
Obviously Maddie had delayed my message to mom because as she saw us leaving she came running out to see where I was going
" Mackenzie where are you going?" Mom asked
" Melissa she's staying a few nights with us Kenz why didn't you tell her you were coming with us?" Christi asked
" She did she told Maddie to tell her but obviously she didn't" Chloe said
" Why isn't Maddie coming?" Mom asked
" Because we don't want her to come I want alone time with my fiends without my perfect annoying bitch of an older sister!" I snapped back at mom
" Mackenzie!" Mom yelled
" Melissa she's coming with us you have my number and you know my address she'll be fine" Christi said "let's go girls" I left with Chloe and Christi
Once we got in the car Christi started apologizing
" Kenzie I'm so sorry you have to deal with that I wish I could take you home and keep you forever" Christi said
" Don't be sorry it isn't your fault I just wish she wouldn't favour Maddie" I said
" Hey let's cheer up guys! The Hylands are coming to my house and they always make us laugh" Chloe said with a huge smile
Christi had stopped at Pizza Hut and got two pizzas and Cookie pizzas for everyone once we got back to Christi's she searched for a good movie
About 30 minutes later the Hylands were knocking at the door
I was walking to get it when it just flung open and in came my mom
" Mackenzie! You told your sister that you hated her? She's crying because of you" mom yelled at me
She slapped and Christi and Chloe and the Hylands all saw it happen too
" What the hell Melissa get out the hell out." Christi screamed as she hugged me while I cried
" Mackenzie is coming home with me right now!" Mom screamed
" No Melissa she isn't or I'll call the police on you for hitting her! She's just a child Melissa you need to leave and go calm down" Christi said
Mom left.
I texted Maddie telling her gown much I hated her even more for telling mom then I told her what mom did.
Maddie didn't even respond she's so annoying
Once Christi and Kelly calmed me down and told me everything was going to be okay.
Me,Chloe , Paige and Brooke all went to Chloe's room
We all talked about how we needed to get back at Maddie and how much we all hated her
I kinda felt bad but in a. Way I didn't because Maddie had hurt all of us by stealing our solos or lead parts she always got everything especially Abby's attention
We all made a plan to get Maddie but I never thought the plan would backfire at me.
