Chapter 6

No Ones POV
All the girls were in the den when Abby and the Moms came rushing in
"Have anyone of you heard from Mackenzie?" Melissa asked in a panic
" No not since yesterday..we aren't exactly on talking terms" Chloe said
" Why not Chlo?" Christi asked
" She's been talking about us or was talking about us but Maddie told us that Mackenzie thought we all sucked at dance and that she should get the leads instead of Maddie or us" Nia said
" Maddie why would you tell them that?" Melissa asked
" Mackenzie and the girls were ignoring me and then we got in a argument and it slipped out.. I thought they needed to know the truth I didn't think they would tell her that they weren't friends with her anymore" Maddie said
" You knew exactly what you were doing Maddie.." Paige said
" I don't care about what happened between you girls right now all I care about is that Mackenzie is missing" Abby said in a very strict tone
Mackenzie's POV
I woke up on the hard ground.
My phone was dead and I didn't exactly know where I was at the moment
Then it me ...
I was lost.
I saw headlights from down the road once the car got closer I tried to see if they would stop but they wouldn't.
I started walking until I saw A store and ran inside to get to a phone
I walked to man behind the desk
" Umm do you mind if I use your phone please it's an emergency " I asked
"Uhh who you tryna call? " The man asked
" My mom.. please " I said
He finally gave in after a 5 minute awkward stare challenge lol.
I dialled moms number
" Hello? " Melissa said in a panic voice
" Melissa? " I said
" Kenz?! Where are you?"
" I don't know" I said " where are we?" I asked the man at the desk
" Craburty street and Ryord Road by Camille's Pies." He said
I told her where I was
" I'll be there as fast as I can" Melissa said
"K" and I hung up.
I sat down outside and dug through my bag searching for my blade but I couldn't find it
" Damn it " I whispered underneath my breath
40 minutes laters I saw moms car pulling up.
" Mackenzie Ziegler! Don't you ever run off like that ever again! Or you'll regret it" Melissa yelled
" Whatever" I said dryly as I got in the car only to see Maddie and Chloe
" Why is she here" I asked
" Well I'm spending the night" Chloe said
" Can I stay at Brooke's? " I asked
Brooke is my best friend plus were the same age and she's like the only friend I have right now.
( I'm referring to Brooke the younger one who's best friends with Kenz)
" No your grounded and we get home you are to go to your room and stay there" Melissa said
I didn't respond.
Once we got home I went straight to my room
I could hear Maddie and Chloe giggling and laughing
I hated Maddie I hated her so much .
" Girls come downstairs! Dinner!" Melissa yelled
I ignored her and turned my tv on and started watching 'The Fosters'
I wished I had parents like Stef and Lena
5 minutes later my mom came in telling me I had to come downstairs to eat
" I was told to stay in my remember?...I'm just following your rules" I said coldly
" Mackenzie I don't know what the hell is going on with you but you better stop being such a rude little bitch" Melissa said
" I rather not" I said
then Greg came up and I got scared
I was afraid I didn't want him to hurt me again but I couldn't show I was scared.
" What's the problem honey?" Greg said
" She's being difficult.. why can't you be like your si" Melissa started
" I swear to fucking god if you say for me to be like the bitchy brat downstairs I'm going to lose my fucking mind! I'm not Maddie!!! Melissa " I screamed
" What did you just call me?" Melissa asked
" Melissa.. That's your name right? Because your no mother of mine I hate you" I yelled
" Honey go feed Chloe and Maddie I'll talk to Mackenzie " Greg said
" No!" I screamed " I'll come eat"
" No you won't. Melissa go feed them. Now!" Greg yelled
" Greg just let her come dow" Melissa started but he yelled at her told to go downstairs and feed Chloe and Maddie
Melissa POV
I wasn't sure what Greg was going to do but I knew he wasn't going to talk to her but Mackenzie needs discipline
" Girls get a plate and come sit down" I said
" Where's Mackenzie? " Maddie asked
" Greg's talking talking to her " I said
I saw Maddie look down
While we were eating we heard a loud scream from upstairs and Mackenzie crying afterwards
I threw my fork down and ran upstairs
Greg's POV
Mackenzie had just yelled at him and told him she was going to tell what he did to her.
He couldn't risk it he needed to teach her a lesson.
He grabbed Mackenzie by her hair and threw her on the bed and started choking her.
" Your not gonna tell anyone anything or I'll kill you and make seem as thigh you ran away" I said
Mackenzie just cried and kept trying to get away.
Mackenzie. Had kneed him right in the stomach and very hard
He punched Mackenzie and threw her down when Melissa ran in
" Oh my gosh! What did you do?!" Melissa yelled
" Nothing she kicked me and I pushed her back and she hit her mouth on the dresser I swear I didn't do that" I denied
Mackenzie's POV
I didn't say anything.
Mom kept asking what happened but I wouldn't talk.. I couldn't I didn't trust my voice.
I was afraid if I talked that everything would come spilling out.
Once mom and Greg left the room I sat on my bed crying and crying
Then my door opened
It was Chloe and Maddie
" Go away" I said weakly
" What happened? What did Greg do?" Maddie asked
" As if you care" I said and I got up and went in my bathroom and locked the door
" Kenz please tell us I heard you crying " Chloe said
" You can't tell anyone what happens tonight! No one Chloe!" I yelled
As I was in the bathroom I could Maddie and Chloe talking but I wasn't paying attention to hear what I was to busy looking for something to cut with.
I ended up finding scissors
I took the scissors and cut and cut deep.
When I came out the bathroom I changed not caring that Maddie and Chloe were in the room and laid down in my bed as I waited for them to leave
At around 3 am my door opened but this time it was Maddie or Chloe or my Mom.
