The Hokage's P.O.V

"Lord Third!!" A member of the anbu black-ops barged in and bowed on one knee.

"What is it?" I asked.

"Well umm... You see there is a little girl demanding to speak with you."

I took a while to think about who would want to talk to me at this time.. I let out a puff of smoke from my pipe and said,"Bring her in."

"But my Lo-" he objected but i stopped him raising my hand.

"Maybe she wants to see me because it is important.. Besides what harm could one little girl do.." I said

"Yes my Lord" he said and left

A few minutes later he returned with two other members of the anbu and with a little girl who looked around twelve years old with long hair that was lavender in color. She was very petit but beautiful but there was just something about her that bothered me.

She stared at me with a blank expression on her face but her black eyes were piercing through me. I could tell she was mad with the way the anbu held her hands behind her back while her back-pack was hanging off her shoulder.

"Hi there," I said kindly giving her a smile ," and who may you be?"

"Yui Murasaki," she said coldly with the same expression.

"And where are you from?" I asked

She sighed and rolled her eyes as if she was already fed up with the conversation.

"Well I'm obviously not from around here am i?" She replied

I took that as a Que not to ask anymore question on her personal life and complete silence filled the room.

"Look" she spoke up ,"I came here because I wanted to ask if I could become a member of the leaf village,"

"What!" All three anbu said in unison

"And why do would you want to do that?" I asked confused

"Because" she said taking a deep breath,"I got a warning that if i don't join a village, I will be listed as a rouge becoming a criminal and will be killed without hesitation.. Besides this village was the closest one from there."

" and where would 'there' be?" I asked
" The last place I was at duh" she said

I began to laugh although she looked at me weirdly..

"But you do know that it's not that easy?" I asked

"Yes.. I know.. What do you want me to do?" She asked

"Well you will have to become a ninja of the leaf village where you will get your wages and don't worry.. You'll be given a place to stay... You start going to the academy tomorrow morning" I said standing up to give her the keys to her new apartment and a bag of coins to start off with.

"Welcome to the leaf village Miss Murasaki... Oh and would one of you take her to her new place." I informed

"I'll do it sir.. Since I'm already restraining her" and with that they left

"Alright you other two.. I want you to keep and eye on her for the first two weeks until she settles in but without her finding out" I said

"Yes my Lord" they bowed and then left.

Just my luck another child to babysit.
