Chapter 12: Haku's Secret Jutsu

Yui's P.O.V

"So I was right." I said.

"It was all an act." Kakashi Sensei said,"An act with a cute little mask."

"Huh?" Sakura blurted out.

"Big phoney" Sasuke teased.

"So I guess all that being a tracking ninja protecting his village was a bunch of bull." Tazuna said.

"They looked pretty chummy to me. I say they've been pulling scams like that for a long time."

"He's got some nerve to face us again after pulling that trick." Sakura said.

"And hiding behind that mask. Who does he think he's fooling?" Kakashi said making my eye twitch and Sakura cleared her throat.

"Speak for yourself Sensei." She said.

"That's it I'm taking him out" Sasuke said and Sakura gasped,"Who does he think he's fooling, hiding behind that mask like some sort of clown."

"Sasuke you're so cool." Sakura cheered.

"Whoopie.....I can't wait..." I said sarcastically.

Haku and Zabuza began talking to each other and the Haku made his first move. He swiftly span around creating a tornado and headed straight for Sasuke.

Sasuke's kunai and Haku's Senbon needles clashed and they began battling.

"Sakura! Yui! You both cover Tazuna and stay close to me. Let Sasuke handle this."Kakashi Sensei ordered us.

"Can't make any promises I can't keep Kakashi." I said.

"It's the bridge builder we want not you. If you back down, I won't have to kill you." Haku said

"Save it!" Sasuke replied with his famous smirk still blocking Haku's attacks.

"You're making a mistake. You won't be able to keep up with my speed. I've gained two key advantages."

"Oh yeah? What are they." Sasuke asked.

"Well first we're surrounded by water. Second I've blocked one of your hands. Therefore, you only have one free hand to defend yourself." Haku said and began doing quick hand signs with one hand.

"Secret jutsu: A thousand needles of death." He called.

Water rose forming into a thousand needles aiming for Sasuke. I could see that Sasuke was trying to focus his chakra to his feet and when the needles were about to hit him he dissapeared... Well more like jumped into the sky using his chakra and throwing shuriken at Haku but he dodged them.

"You're not as fast as you think." Sasuke said appearing behind Haku,"From this point on, you'll be defending yourself from my attacks." And they both began fighting.

Sasuke managed to kick Haku and I could see how surprised Zabuza was. Almost as surprised as he was with me. His eyes angrily flashed over to me and I smirked.

"Thought you were quicker huh? Now what else are you wrong about." Sasuke said.

"You made a big mistake insulting these ninjas and calling them brats. That's just guaranteed to bring out Sasuke's attitude. He's our best young fighter of the leaf village. And Sakura here is our sharpest mind." Kakashi Sensei said.

"Really?" I asked.

"And That's our air headed butt-kicker, Yui" he said.

"Don't know if to take that as an insult or compliment." I said.

"And last but not least our number one, hyper-active knuckle head ninja is Naruto Uzumaki."

Zabuza laughed." Haku if we keep going like this, we'll be the victims instead of them. Get on with it!" He said.

"Right." Haku replied.

Blue chakra surrounded Haku.

"What's that?" Sasuke asked.

"I'm sorry it's come to this." Haku said.

"The air. So cold."

Haku's made a hand-sign. One I know all to well.

"Crap! Sasuke!" I yelled running in his direction.

"Secret jutsu." Haku said and giant ice mirrors formed around him but I managed to make it in time.

"Crystal ice mirrors!" He said.

"Yui? What are you doing here." Sasuke asked.

"No time to explain." I said.

Haku stepped into the mirrors and I could tell Sasuke got a little scared.

"Now we begin, and I'll show you what speed really means." Haku said throwing his needles at Sasuke but I pushed him out of the way.

"I defeated your jutsu once and I could do it again Haku!" I said.

"I've waited for this moment, to finally fight with you again Yui. I've trained everyday ever since you beat me and now I am stronger and faster and I will not lose." Haku said and began throwing needles.

'Dang. He wasn't lying. His attacks were way different from before.'

I still managed to block them but they might have been to fast for Sasuke.

"Sasuke!" I could here Sakura scream.

Sasuke's kunai fell from his hand and the needles began piercing into his skin.

'I have to do something. But I can't, if I stop now the needles will hit me too.'

"Take this!" Sakura yelled and she threw a kunai but Haku caught it.

Sasuke was about to drop on the floor but I caught him in time. Then something came and hit Haku out of nowhere twice making him fall out of the mirror.

"Huh? I wonder who is it?" Sakura asked.

A puff of smoke appeared.

"Number one, hyper-active, knuckle head ninja." Haku said getting up and the smoke cleared.

"Naruto Uzumaki is here, believe it!" He shouted.

"Oh.....pinch me. I must be dreaming." I said and Sasuke actually pinched me."Ow!"

"What? You told me to-"

"I was being sarcastic you dumb ass! And aren't you supposed to be injured." I said.
