Ch. 42 Saving The Wizard

Tony quickly jumped towards the wizard shooting the aliens hand away from him.

"Could emd your friend's life in a instant." It grinned menacingly at us.

"I gotta tell you, he's not really my friend. Saving his life is more a professional courtesy." Tony blabbed on as the alien known as 'squidward' came towards him with floating objects behind him.

You know what? I'm going to call him squidward from now on... Wait there are more important things at the minute.

" Your powers are inconsequential compared to mine." Squidward hissed.

"Yeah, but the kid's seen more movies." Tony said referring to Peter.

Tony fires a rocket knocking squidward into space as thr wizard was able to break free.

The cloak floated near us.

"Hey we haven't officially met." Peter stuck his hand out... To the cloak?

However, it ignored him and went to the wizard.

" We've gotta turn this ship around." the wizard told us.

"Yeah. Now he wants to run. Great plan." Tony's voice dripped with sarcasm.

"No, I want to protect the stone." the wizard argue back.

Tony walked towards the window and looked out of it.

"And I want you to thank me now. Go ahead, I'm listening." Tony was irritated.

" For what? Nearly blasting me into space?" the wizard argues back.

Tony clocked his eyebrow, "Who just saved your magical ass? Me."

"I seriously don't know how you fit your head into that helmet." he retaliated.

"Guys stop fighting, it'll get us no where!" I yelled at them, they were acting like toddlers.

They both ignored me.

Tony growled at the wizard, "Admit it. You should have ducked out when I told you to. I tried to bench you. You refused."

" Unlike everyone else in your life, I don't work for you!"

The room was tense for a while as everyone was silent.

"What now?" I asked, my voice no more then a whisper.

It was then that the wizard chose to acknowledge mine and Peter's presence.
