Ch. 50 The Endgame

5 years later ~

~Y/n pov~

All I saw was white...

I squinted and blinked, trying to make out anything, then I noticed a hand stretched out towards me.

I grabbed the hand pulling myself up.

I saw Peter and Dr. Strange.

"What the fuck happened?"

I walked through the portal to see everyone fighting Thanos.

They're here? Didn't we lose?

Did I dream that? But... It felt so.. real...

I saw Tony be knocked down by one of the monsters.

Peter grabbed my hand and rushed over to assist him.

We helped him up as Tony looked at us confused.

"You will not believe what happened! Remember when we were in space and me and Y/n got all dusty? Well.. You must've left because when we woke up you were gone and..." Peter rambled on, "Dr. Strange was there and he was like, it's been five years and that we needed to fight."

Tony looked at us in bewilderment, before pulling us both into a hug, cutting off Peter.

"What are you doing?" Me and Peter asked confused.

Tony just pulled us closer.

Peter let out a breath, "this is nice."

Tony then pulled away and the fight begun.

Tony held up his iron gauntlet, "And I... am... Ironman!"

Snap!

A surge of energy went through Tony and I could tell he was close to death.

All Thanos' men started turning to dust before finally, so did Thanos.

Tony leant again some rubble in exhaustion.

Me and Peter jumped over.

Peter knelt down next to him shakily, "We w-won, Mr. Stark, we won!"

Tony didn't respond.

Peter started softly crying and I could feel tears coming from my eyes.

Then, I saw Pepper come over.

I grabbed Peter gently and we stood out of the way.

Peter collasped into my arms and softly sobbed.

Peter was closer to Tony than I was so it hurts him more, but it still hurts.

Tony was one of a kind.

Pepper kissed Tony one last time, "Now you can rest."
